Bringing the little ones, no worry this home has a baby fence for the pool. Kayaks for you to enjoy the canal system of Cape Coral.

Inside the home, you will find an updated kitchen well stocked with all the kitchen essentials for your cooking and entertaining needs. Stainless steel appliances, nice counters and cabinets and a breakfast nook for those quick cup 'o joe mornings. Open concept dining and living areas give an air of space in this home. Ample seating and nicely furnished with a flat-screen TV in the living room. The views out over the pool and canal will delight you. Tile floors throughout the main living areas. Villa Sabrina has WiFi throughout the home and cable TV.

The master boasts a king-size bed, flat screen TV and full bath en-suite. In the master bath, there is a walk-in tile shower. There are two guest rooms, one with a queen-size bed and the other with 2 twins. There is a full guest bath with a shower/tub combination. Linen and towels are provided. Bringing an extra guest or two there is also a sleep sofa in the living room.

Fish from the dock area, sun lounge on the sun deck, swim in the pool...not to worry the home is equipped with a baby barrier fence to keep the little ones safe. Villa Sabrina will prove to be a very comfortable, affordable home away from home for your stay in Cape Coral. Centrally located and close to everything. Within minutes you are dining, shopping, enjoying your stay here in Florida. Conveniently located with fast bridge access to Fort Myers, I-75, Southwest FL International Airport and routes to local beaches. A perfect location for everything. By boat, it will take you about 25 minutes to the Gulf of Mexico. Please note the boat lift is by approval only. The dock space is available for guests.
