This third floor unit has vaulted ceilings, ceiling fans, and spectacular views of the ocean. It is an entirely remodeled, completely furnished condo, with modern comforts featuring quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, a washer and dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen. It is a short walk or drive to Kapa'a Town shopping, Safeway, and excellent restaurants, and only a mile from the Coconut Marketplace. Tee off at the Wailua Golf Course, or snorkel at Lydgate State Park, both just a short drive away. Don't miss the Coconut Coast's remarkable bike path along sandy beaches and rugged cliffs. Ocean reef pools are a terrific spot for children to splash and to play. Or, enjoy our ocean front swimming pool. With free parking, it's a great place to call home base while you're away. A well appointed condo with an amazing view. Great location on the island. The complex was quiet and the condo had absolutely everything we needed for a comfortable one week stay. Can not recommend enough!

This place was amazing! It is right on the beach and overlooks the pool. The condo was very clean with a stocked kitchen that needed for nothing. We especially appreciated the use of the beach toys, ice chest and games! One day a seal even came on the beach which was so exciting!

Excellent amenities nothing was missed. From pots and pans to snorkeling gear. Everything was on point. Beach was a few steps away to watch the sunrise every morning. Highly recommend this place. Place is as advertised. Clean and comfortable beds

Rita was very welcoming. She provided a great list of caring for the condo and what we could expect to find in the condo. She also shared a great list of things to do and places to eat. There were plenty of condiments available in the fridge and spice cabinet. And, lots of bags for the grocery story.

Rita was a amazing host! The condo was very comfortable and it had a great view! Many additional kitchen amenities were included like spices for cooking. This was also a great location for visiting the North or South side of the island as it's centrally located on the East side. Thanks again so much. My kids and I had a wonderful time.

Positively perfect property! From the accommodations to the amenities everything was phenomenal. The view is absolutely stunning. The listing is just as described. Comfy beds - extremely clean - great communication. They really thought of everything - anything we could think of that we needed was available at the unit. We appreciated the quiet and privacy of the location. It's also perfectly located on the island - close to the airport, activities and amazing food. We immediately agreed we'd definitely stay here again.

In 2014, we purchased this condo in the Kapa'a area and have added our own finishing touches to it's furnishings. Over the years, we have come to love Kauai--to relax and rejuvenate on this special part of the island. Our goal is to offer that same opportunity to experience a getaway like no other!

Kauai Kailani is a "boutique" condo complex, just steps from the beach! Its a short walk or drive to Kapa'a Town shopping, Safeway, and excellent restaurants, and only a mile from the Coconut Marketplace. Tee off at the Wailua Golf Course, or snorkel at Lydgate State Park, both just a short drive away. Don't miss the Coconut Coast's remarkable bike path along sandy beaches and rugged ocean cliffs. Ocean reef pools are a terrific spot for children to splash and play. Or, enjoy our ocean front swimming pool.
