Private single story single unit rental ALL YOURS. Plus, the living area can seat 5-6 comfortably on the couch (which I change every other year) and the dining table seats 8 for games or dinner.

Elevated Deck built in 2021.
Single Unit Property- ALL YOURS!
The main living area (seats 5-6 adults) and large dining table (seats 8) will provide plenty of room to congregate comfortably.You will have a very “roomy” stay for everyone. It is situated on what I believe is the best courtyard in South Mission beach.
The beds are all new 2020 and higher end which are 1 king, 1 queen, and 2 twins The outside patio is big enough for large gatherings and great Bbq’s.

Cohasset Ct. is about a 10 minute stroll to the infamous Belmont Park which features an 80 year old roller coaster along with many other rides and attractions for both adults and children of all ages. There are also many fine restaurants and beachwear shopping at the park. Cohasset Ct. is also a two minute walk to two local bars and four restaurants along with a mini market.

“It comes with everything.... Beach chairs boogie boards umbrellas beach towels linens soap shampoo best of all you’ll love having AC. Washer/dryer and 1 car parking (20’ long).Parking on the street is just steps away. No laundering required…just have fun! There is a washer and a dryer in the garage.

Our last minute trip was perfect! Of course location and accommodation were beautiful, but it was really the generous and friendly host (property owner/manager) that made sure we had everything we needed before we got there, while we stayed and even checked in just to make sure we were getting to do all the things we wanted while we were there. Clark and his son were very attentive. we had some questions and they got right back to us and even came over. The house is just steps from the beach and from coffee shops and breakfast places. We had a great stay. Finding the house was a bit tricky since a street sign was missing but Clark met us, gave us a tour of the home & wonderful restaurant recommendations. We had my husband, 85 yr old mom, & sister-in-law staying while we visited great nieces & a new great nephew. The house has everything you would need for a beach get away. We stayed here as a group of six, and found the house to be just right. It has everything you need, and is steps to the beach and the bay. The owner/manager was very responsive to questions, even in the evening. The large dining table was great for family dinners and the large sectional was great for movie night. Sadly it rained most of the time we stayed, so we only got to used the deck a little, but we really liked it. The home was clean and comfortable, and has the charm of a more historic home. Thanks for a great stay.

Beach Bungalow heaven

The property was exactly as described. It was full of an almost rustic charm but all mod cons. Everything worked as should and Clark couldn’t have been more helpful before the stay and came to give us a welcome hello when we arrived. I have no doubt that had we had any issues, he’d have attended to them promptly. The only problem I have is that now my kids want to live there…!

Great one story house

The location is perfect. In between bay and ocean-located on ocean side. Perfect for 6 adults. Nice patio. Clark was very helpful when we contacted him. One space for single car. Boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas and towels provided. Large refrigerator if you are bringing groceries. The best feature is the one story, stand alone house in South Mission Beach. Very hard to find.
