Hi Jessica! Thank you for being such an amazing guest and for taking the time to share your thoughtful feedback. We really appreciated your suggestions and took them to heart. We purchased a new blender, a new set of pots and pans, and added more cooking supplies to make future stays even better. Thanks again for helping us improve the experience. We'd love to host you again!
The home was very nice. I needed a place to accommodate my large family and it was perfect. Any question I had, Tatiana was quick to respond. We all enjoyed our weekend.Overall the owner was very commutative and understanding.
House was beautiful. Patio had all that was listed. Beds were comfortable. Very spacious. We stayed for 2 1/2 months in the winter. Everything was quiet.

Very beautiful house but more preparation could have been taken. Ready property by adjusting the AC to a better setting (75 degrees?) upon arrival. Clean the windows of spider webs, replace/clean baseboards and the bottom of the pool. Replace old furniture like the dining room table (wobbly) chairs (warn) and recliner (broken). Check and provide instructions on using the TVs. The heat in the Casita made it impossible to sleep in; maybe needs better insolation. Again, more preparation would have made our trip a better overall experience.
The house and the area are beautiful. I feel like the the home wasn’t as as clean as we anticipated and expected Also, we had to stay a night with no AC. It was pretty miserable even while leaving the doors open from the main house to the master room and one of the rooms was horrible. We had family from different areas. They all pitched in for the rooms and now I am coming out of pocket to give them money back because the stay wasn’t what they thought especially the hot Rooms even the swimming pool. I don’t know if it was cactus needles or if it was like fiber glass from the chairs, but we had little pokey things in our finger and face etc from swimming or sitting on the lounge chairs we also had a couple of our vehicles in the street got woken up by the cops at like six almost 7 AM to get off the street or we were gonna be ticketed and towed that was just a lot of things wrong on our short stay for the price of the home that we had.. the host was pretty communicative besides early mornings and late nights which is expected, but the main thing was the AC it was just pretty miserable made us in a bad mood the fact that I had to reach out about the AC a few times the city of Havasu was just not fun.

Thank you for your feedback. I'm glad you enjoyed the home and the surrounding area.
I do want to clarify a few points for future guests. The home was never without air conditioning. There are two separate HVAC systems with two thermostats. The thermostat in the master suite unexpectedly required a code to adjust the temperature, which appears to have been accidentally set by a previous guest. Although that thermostat was locked at 78°F, the air conditioning for that zone was still operating. The main HVAC system for the rest of the home was fully functional and could be adjusted without any restrictions.
As soon as you notified me of the thermostat issue on Friday evening, I immediately arranged for our handyman to come out. The earliest available appointment was the following morning, when he reset the thermostat and restored full guest control. I'm also glad you confirmed afterward that the issue had been resolved.
I'm sorry to hear about your concerns regarding cleanliness, cactus needles, and parking. These issues were never brought to my attention during your stay, so I wasn't given the opportunity to investigate or address them. We always encourage guests to let us know right away if anything isn't meeting expectations so we can do our best to make it right.
We appreciate your stay and wish you and your family all the best.
