Great Place

We enjoyed our time at the Guesthouse. The place was clean, comfortable and spacious. Muny was always very responsive. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Boston.

Excellent value for great location!

This place was just as advertised...very nicely furnished, clean and with very clear instructions about arrival and parking, etc. Some great recommendations for local food that we took advantage of. Such a great location for exploring Boston! Just wished we had more time there!

Great location!

This place is fantastic! It’s super close to the train station and there are some really great restaurants nearby. The place felt really clean and well-kept. The floors have a nice character to them, but they do squeak a lot, haha. Oh, and I would recommend bringing an eye mask because the blinds let in a lot of light. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place for a stay!

Very nice apartment

Extremely clean and in a great, quiet neighborhood. Easy access to downtown. We enjoyed sitting on the porch watching the planes coming in to Logan. Pack lightly because the climb up three fights of stairs can be a challenge for some. Easy to park close by as well.

Our host Muny was very responsive to our questions. The check in & check out directions were simple & clear. The location was very safe and we felt very safe walking to the Savin red T- stop even at night. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and the stairs are narrow. We did not have any problems with it at all but want to tell other guests if they have mobility issues.The inside of the apartment is quite spacious. We had plenty of room for 4 people and there is a trundle bed for 2 more guests to stay. The apartment was spotless and had a well equipped kitchen. We hope to stay again when we are in Boston!

Great location, fantastic apartment

We loved our stay. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. Everything that we could possible need was provided. Thank you so much for the breakfast items. It was so convenient for visiting Boston, a short walk to the train and only 3 stops. There were local shops for groceries and a great pub just a few yards away. We would definitely recommend for future visits

Hard to review

Our stay was crazy - all my fault. The host was very helpful and considerate of my mistake in booking and had the cleaning crew pack our stuff as I attempted to get back from Foxboro. Thank you again and I am so sorry for the mix up.

Boston Stay

So....the parking was a little rough, however, the owner was very upfront about the parking so we knew what to expect. The neighborhood was amazing....we could pretty much get anything we wanted within 5 blocks. Stairs....again rough...but again the owners were very upfront. So if you read the whole post you totally know what to expect. Only 2 things I'd offer for advise....we had a little one with us and we would have liked a lock on the top of inside of front and back door. Wifi was a little wonky, but overall the place was wonderful! I really liked the locks on the bedroom doors. The checkin was amazingly simple which I greatly appreciated.

Boston Nov 2020

The unit was spacious and very clean and well-stocked. The renters were even so nice to provide eggs, milk, butter, cheese and bread! The beds were very comfortable. The floors loudly creaked in certain areas — not sure if the occupants of the floor below heard it. The stairs are narrow and steep so those might be hard for others. However, parking around the neighborhood is not as accessible as we were led to believe — even problematic at times! We spent many minutes driving around for a spot and even got ticketed once! Easier to get to/from the city via Uber than to bring your own vehicle. The unit itself is more than satisfactory.

We try to send detailed parking instructions to our guests: we understand they are very long but those are important to read in order to understand which streets are OK to park. In your case you had an RV which is unusually big car for the urban streets and we apologize for your ticket. We will research more which nearby streets have larger spaces for larger vehicles for the future. We understand that for some reason you used the back door entrance/exit: stairwell there is more narrow that front door stairs/doors.
