Updated, Affordable, Beachy 2BR Retreat, 2 Pools, Walk To Beach!
Beachy renovated condo with new kitchen, flooring, cabinets and updated furniture! Free Wi-Fi, 50" smart-TV, and DIRECTV, as well as a slight peek of the ocean from the master bedroom and balcony!
Our condo is a second-floor walk-up, with no elevator.
Please review the email that will be sent by our property management company Coastal Realty regarding check-in, key pick-up, etc.
There is a starter set-up of TP, paper towels, trash bags and soaps in the unit, so you'll need to please bring or purchase extra TP, etc. for a weeks' stay. Also, the bathroom linens are not allowed on the beach or at the pool. There should be 4 beach towels in the unit for you to use.
The balcony area is shaded so you can sit, relax, eat, and enjoy the ocean breeze. With beautiful green grass and palm trees, it's like you're in paradise!
The living room is cozy and comfortable. Sit back and enjoy a movie on the 50"TV in the living room, or on the 45" TV in the bedroom. After a busy day at the beach or on the road, it's a treat to come to this condo for some much-needed relaxation!
The design of the condo is an open-plan with sliding glass doors to the balcony and also sliding glass doors in the master bedroom that lead to the balcony.
Whether you're planning on doing some home cooking or eating out every meal, our kitchen has everything you should need to prepare a meal. Full-size appliances and all the cookware, utensils, and dishes enable you to do as much or as little cooking as you like. The condo has a refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender, and dishwasher.
The bedroom has a queen-size bed, as well as separate access to the balcony. The second bedroom has a full size futon.
The master bath has a bathtub /shower combination.
Don’t worry about taking the laundry home with you, our condo also features your own stackable washer and dryer.
You will enjoy all the amenities of the complex, from the picnic areas with BBQ grills to the lending library and fitness center. The ocean is just a 5 to 8 min walk, with spectacular sunrises and sunsets, white sands, and rolling waves.
Get ready for a unforgettable vacation!
**Must be 25 years of age or older to book a reservation in our condo complex.**
**The cleaning fees are as follows: $140 (less than 2 wks) and $195 (more than 2 weeks). **
**The booking fee is $45.
*Absolutely NO Firearms Allowed in the Condo**

Hosted by Lisa and Dean Levonian
Dean and Lisa are both ocean-lovers that currently make the Lake Tahoe area their home. After meeting at Shakespeare on the lake in 2006, these beach lovers knew that their long term plans would include moving back to the beach. Dean, a retired CalFire captain, grew up in Santa Cruz, CA. Lisa also lived in Santa Cruz for years (before she met Dean!), as well as studying marine science in Hawaii and Connecticut. Long cold winters brought them to St. Augustine and the lively beach community welcomed them with open arms!
Why they chose this property
The love of the ocean and warm water brought us back to St Augustine again and again. Lisa was introduced to St Augustine, the hidden gem on the Atlantic, while attending University of Georgia for her graduate studies. When looking for that perfect place to call their future home in 2012, Lisa took her new husband Dean to this amazing, historic town. Avid music and history lovers, St Augustine fit the bill! Warm water in the summer and live music every night in Historic Downtown St Augustine which is only 7 miles north of the beautiful Ocean Village Club Resort.
Ocean Village Club is a beautiful resort community and an ocean view from their cozy condo was all they needed when they decided to buy in April 2012. We finally moved to St Augustine as snow birds in November 2019!
