Best unit and location in complex. No stairs or elevators! Just pull up and park at front door. Unit is sparkling clean. Never used as a short term rental.
Take water taxis to Laughlin Casinos from private dock. The living room and master bedroom balcony overlook the Colorado river, Laughlin casinos and community pool.
Close to Las Vegas, Oatman , Katherine's Landing, Lake Mohave, Lake Havasu and Grand Canyon. Rental includes all dishes, utensils, microwave, coffee maker, linens, towels, iron, and ironing board. Cable and internet included.
NO SMOKING.
