A few notes about the property:
- There is a doorbell camera and an exterior driveway camera. Garage and basement are restricted and owner only access and there are cameras in both locations as well.
- The yard is undergoing some repairs. It has been a rainy summer and there is red clay and mud in South Carolina.
- The back yard is steep. It is a steep walk down to the lake but well worth it. There is an old road bed that is easy to follow down to the lake.
- Please watch for splinters on the dock. There is always the possibility of insects or spiders and occasionally goose droppings. You may also see other wildlife like deer, turkey, duck, and geese. We clean regularly, but it is an outdoor space.
- Use of lifejackets is recommended. There are some floats and lifejackets in the dock box you are welcome to borrow.
