Your cumfy getaway awaits in Provo at our lower private unit of our home with private entrance. With 3 bedrooms including; 1 king Suite with private full size bath, and 2 queen bedrooms with a shared bath. This is perfect for everyone, including couples, families, or groups of friends. Full kitchenette with full size oven/stove, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer. Stocked Coffee and Tea knook with coffee pod maker (variety of coffee and tea pods included) that also provides hot water for tea and hot chocolate. At the end of the day, enjoy relaxing in the yard and hot tub. BBQ on sight for your use too!

Close to great outdoor adventures like hiking, rock climbing, Sundance Mountain Resort, 5th Water Hot Springs, and Utah Lake State Park. Quick drives over to BYU, UVU, downtown Provo, as well as shopping, movie theaters, and restaurants.

Winter sunsets are great here, and hard to look away in the moment.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
The cleaning fees are primarily for deep cleaning and sanitizing the whole unit. To help keep cleaning costs down, please rinse used dishes and cookware and load them in the dishwasher and start.
Collect all towels and and place them in the hamper next to the dryer. From the beds that were used, remove the sheets and pile on the bed. If you didnt use a room/bed, then leave them.
Double check the whole unit for personal items to take with you. Cleanup any spills of liquids or foods when they happen. Take full trash to the bin. Lock the door and return the keys.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Incredible stay! The hot tub was nice and hot (and clean), they had plenty of extra blankets and towels, and although we didn't use the kitchen it had everything we could've needed.I didn't love the parking situation, as I had to drive UP a curb to get into the spot, but it was a minor inconvenience in an otherwise perfect getaway.

Host was superb! There was shampoo and conditioner and body wash in both bathrooms. Lots of towels and blankets etc. blow dryers in both bathrooms. Tv worked great and we just logged into an our own streaming services easily. Very clean. He provided laundry detergent as well. There was a nice view of Utah lake from the hot tub. Couch was very comfy to watch Christmas movies from. Close to downtown Provo and Orem.
Kitchen had microwave and full supplies of coffee and spice rack. Also lots of plates utensils and a dishwasher.
We spent Christmas here and put up a little tree.

I'm thankful for the easy check-in process as our plans changed and the timing of our arrival was very late. There was a parking spot waiting for me that was all lit up as well as the path down the steps to the door. I appreciated the several different coffee K-cup blends to choose from and the nice soft bedding and towels; I took note of the brand. Thank you also for providing laundry detergent and dryer sheets as I was on a turnaround with work and did need to do laundry.

Why they chose this property

I love that my home is nestled up against the mountain. There are so many great hiking trails within minutes like, Slate Canyon, Rock Canyon (with world renown rock climbing routes), and Springville Canyon. There are a variety of small city reservoirs for swimming and fishing. 12 minutes from the Provo Airport, 10 minutes to BYU and UVU, quick freeway access, and only 20 minutes from Sundance Mountain Resort. I love paddle boarding on Provo river and fishing there as well. All in all, this is a great home base location for anyone.

What makes this property unique

Having the in unit washer and dryer with detergent and dryer sheets included, the hot tub also gets a lot of positive reviews, and having a stocked coffee and tea bar is somthing that people really like. The location is hard to beat with nearby golf courses, movie theaters, restaurants, and of course quick access to all of the outdoor adventures that Utah is known for.
