Super location. Close to McDowell mountain for hiking. Love Granite Mountain and close to Safeway (walkable) and Costco Owner has updated unit and it is tastefully decorated. Super clean

Great location and convenient to shopping of all kinds. Keirland and downtown Scottsdale is nearby as well. Clean and comfortable with easy access to two hot tubs and pools. Overall a great place for short or longer term stays.

Good size apartment for 2 adults. Hot tub and exercise room excellent. Full kitchen which is what we needed for special diet. Stayed 9 days, good to have Safeway across the street.

Very Nice

Stayed for event at WestWorld

this property was so convenient to our event, close to stores, restaurants, and everything we needed to get to for our long weekend in Scottsdale. Check in was easy, check out easy, working with concierge great! She let a vendor drop off an item at her house so we could pick it up for our event (office not open during covid times). All in all, we will likely be booking for next year if we do this same event.

Overall we had fun. I would note this is a ground floor unit with parking right outside the window, so not super quiet and would pick a second floor unit if you want to keep shades open with privacy. We had some issues with a clogged drain upon arrival. Could use more detailed cleaning and work in the bathroom. The main pool areas were very clean and nice. The walking proximity to the store and restaurants was great.

Scottsdale condo

Condo was immaculately clean and beautiful!! Bed was super comfortable!! Hot tub was so relaxing!! Only downside to this condo is the heated pool has not been cleaned in a really really long time, we could not use it. The sauna and steam room are closed due to remodeling from an “accident” per the sign. Plugs and wires hanging from the ceiling when you look in the window. These are not the owner of the condos fault, but misleading as we were not warned before going to try to use them.

Adorable and cozy

I rented this property for 7 nights, dut to the fact I was bringing my Mother from Las Vegas for surgery at The Mayo Hospital. It was clean as a whistle, very personally decorated and stocked with every homey item one could think of. I have stayed in this complex before and absolutely love it! 5 stars!!!!!

Excellent Location and Great Property

We were pleasantly surprised with this property. We booked very last minute. The other residents were very friendly and the unit was awesome. Only hiccup was that we were given the wrong door code when we checked in at 10pm with small children.

This unit was perfect for myself and 2 adult daughters. Assigned parking was a plus. 2 pools in complex and walking distance to food, coffee and pharmacy. Well stocked and comfortable beds. Can't ask for more then that!

Comfortable, quiet, and would stay again, but a couple small changes would help... Overall, we really loved our stay and would likely return! The property manager communicated in a very timely manner and was very helpful. The condo unit itself was very comfortable, moderately updated, and the furnishings were tasteful and quality! The association grounds were well cared for, the pools were relatively close by (the larger one was heated and felt great even in the 60/70 degree weather!), and the other owners/guests were very friendly. Two small/easy changes that would really help, especially for guests that enjoy a smooth and peaceful arrival to their vacation... 1) It would be great to have better instructions on how to find the unit. The units are not super clearly marked and we weren't provided with the building number that our unit was located in. Simply knowing the building number would help shorten the hunt. 2) We had just two suitcases (one for ourselves and one for our kids) and prefer to unpack just a little (we aren't too high-maintenance) when we are staying somewhere for longer than a few nights. However there weren't any dressers in either of the bedrooms, and while each bedroom did have a rather large closet, each closet was filled with various items (maybe the owner's personal items and/or items left by previous guests... large pool toys, lawn chairs, bins, extra decorations, random linens, etc.). Aside from the two small fold up luggage stands, there wasn't anywhere to put our things for our 8-day stay. We ended up clearing a space in one of the closets by putting pool toys under the bed and moving somethings to the other closet. We had to do something similar in the kitchen as there was food left in the fridge and freezer and things (dishes, tupperware, condiments, etc.) scattered and unorganized in the cupboards. We probably ended up taking a good two hours upon arriving, to clear space for our two suitcases worth of things and a couple of bags of groceries (so we didn't have to leave things just sitting on the floor in our bedroom). All that to say, after we got settled, we had a wonderful time with no complaints! :)

Excellent Condo

The condo was the perfect size and an excellent location. Although close to a busy road, the unit was quiet and felt very private. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. My kids loved playing in the pools and hot tubs every afternoon and evening. We will definitely stay here again.
