Bedroom 3 (Bubble Gum Room) has a king bed and private patio access. Bedroom 4 (Marilyn Room) has a king bed and private patio access. • Pool heat: Available for $100 per day (includes hot tub), recommended October through May. Must be heated for entire stay. Requires 48 hours notice before arrival. Pool temperature set to 86 degrees. Pool heater runs by electric kettle heater and depending on outside temperatures can take 2.5 to 3 days to reach temperature. No refunds once turned on, including weather-related instances. This is optional.

• Hot tub heat only: $50 per night, must be added for full duration of stay

• Smoking: This is a smoke-free property. No smoking or vaping of any kind allowed inside or outside. Violations subject to $1500 smoking fee plus additional cleaning and odor removal costs.

• Occupancy: $100 fine for unauthorized guests exceeding maximum occupancy, with possible eviction and no refunds

• Parties: Not allowed. Strict quiet hours enforced.
