We were in a really good area that was a 10 minute drive from everywhere we needed to go. The gated parking was a huge bonus. There was more than enough room for my wife and I. Our next trip to Memphis will definitely be in the same place.

Location was in a nice spot with local hot spots nearby - walking distance, neighbors are not noisy, and check in was very easy. Parking lot is very tight I must say for those with a large SUV. The unit smelled and looked clean upon arrival and had an inviting atmosphere. Amenities that I needed were available. Overall I had a very nice experience.

My husband and I picked this as a spot to stop on our way from Nashville to Tulsa, and we were very pleased. This 1BR/1BA apartment was spacious and had a nice, contemporary feel. Very comfortable bed and pillows helped us rest before the long drive the next day.

Overall, my stay was pleasant, and I recognize that I overlooked some of the check‑in and parking details that were clearly provided. The only aspect that fell short of my expectations was the condition of the couch, which had several visible spots that appeared to have been cleaned but were still noticeable. I wanted to share this feedback to help improve future guest experiences. The location is right off the square making it easy to walk to nearby restaurants and nightlife.

This VRBO is great! The host was amazing and a great communicator. We also loved the area of town that it was in. There is a lot of things to do & several restaurants within walking distance. We suggest Porch and Parlor for an amazing steak dinner! Thank you for having us.

Nice spacious modern apartment ideally located with nearby shops and easy drive to attractions. Could use a thorough cleaning/dusting and disposable goods (paper towels, etc) were not enough for a week stay. If a light sleeper, would recommend ear plugs as you can hear the upstairs neighbor walking overnight or on occasion revving cars.

The space is perfect for a couples getaway weekend, with a modern space, good neighborhood with a varied selection of restaurants and shops in a walkable area and on site parking. The community is safe, accessible and eclectic, I highly recommend Boscos Brewing for dinner and drinks, they have an excellent craft beer selection. Sweet Noshings is the perfect shop for all your candy and popcorn cravings. I only gave the place 4 stars because we were only provided 1/3 of a roll of toilet paper and weren’t aware until it was needed, so we had to buy our own. The shower also had a constant leak that was audible in the room next to it, so we had to turn the tv up. Both fixable things that I’m sure were, or could be, corrected.
