It's a cute older home that has been remodeled very nicely. We stayed for two nights and it fit our schedule of coming and going. We hung out on the front porch swing during a light rain.

Great stay over July 4th!

House was as pictured, plenty of space for our family of 5. House was very clean. Good location to popular Memphis sights and neighborhood was quiet. There is a train that runs throughout the day, but did not hear the train overnight. We enjoyed our stay at the charming cottage!

Memphis fun!

This is a nice clean, well kept home. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen has pretty much everything you may need. The back yard was great for letting the dogs in and out. It is a great location for getting around Memphis. It's close to downtown and only about 20 minutes from Graceland. We will definitely reserve again if we return to Memphis in the future.

We appreciated our stay. Though this house is a bit close to the train tracks, it was mostly quiet, and we felt safe. An exhaust fan in the bathroom would be an improvement. Overall, this was a great value, and the back yard was super!

Wonderful Stay!

Very charming home! The Elvis pictures & other artwork were a nice touch to the overall feel. I liked the tall ceilings and spacious bedrooms. We walked our dog on the quiet street and got to see the other lovely houses in the neighborhood. The train noises weren't bad at all. The backyard is private & quiet. Very comfortable bed sheets & linens... I want to get those for my own home! Had plenty of towels, and everything we would need in the kitchen - including a Keurig :) Countertops were beautiful ... and the couch was so comfy my son eneded up sleeping there one night. The 4 TV's were Awesome and we were able to sign-in to all our subscription accounts no problem. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Lovely Oasis

This place was great. We were just trying to get out of New Orleans for Francine so we didn't do a lot of exploring and it was nice to have a peaceful stay. Owner was communicative and straightforward/upfront about the rules, most of which are pretty self-explanatory. Would definitely stay again.

Memphis Stay

Everything was great with this property. My only complaint is that there is a train track across the street and trains run during the night. However, of the 4 adults that stayed there I was the only one who noticed.

Nice place

Our stay was great. Perfect size for our family and dog. The back yard was small but cute and a plus for us. There is a lot of noise from the trains and Fedex planes day and night but we weren't too bothered by it. A couple things I think could be improved upon is with the hvac limitations ceiling fans would be great as we got hot at night, and a few extra amenities such as a hair dryer, extra toilet paper and the use washeranddryer/dryer

Memphis Trip

Our stay was comfortable and everything was just as stated. House was comfortable and the beds were even more comfortable, this was a huge plus for us. We traveled with our dog and the back yard was fenced and safe. It was a quick and easy walk to Cooper Young with fun little eateries. Close to everything Memphis and Graceland... Don't skip that, it was a fabulous experience.

Nice place!!!

The house was very clean, quiet neighborhood (other than trains not a reflection of place), not a far drive to attractions. Everything was as described and was definitely worth the money. It was our first time doing a rental instead of a hotel and we will definitely be doing rentals from now on for family vacations. Couldn’t be happier with the experience. Host was responsive to messages in a timely matter. We felt welcomed. Thank you Drew!!!

I love the Cooper Young area because of the great local shops, restaurants, bars, and cafes all within a 15 minute walk. The homes are also historic and the neighbors are very friendly. It is also easy to access any part of the city within a short drive.
