House was spotless. The furnishings and appointments were high quality and the aesthetics of an updated vintage home were perfect. Backyard was great for sitting with coffee in the morning and beverage in the evening. And perfect for my older dog to safely roam. Best of all, the beds were as comfortable as I’ve found in any VRBO and I’ve been a high frequency VRBO tenant both in Memphis and elsewhere over the last three years. Lastly, Drew was a responsive and welcoming host. Will book again for sure.

Kitchen was big and had everything we needed. Close to Graceland so that was perfect. Drew accommodated our special request and everything went smoothly. We had a great time.

It's a cute older home that has been remodeled very nicely. We stayed for two nights and it fit our schedule of coming and going. We hung out on the front porch swing during a light rain.

Nice, quaint home centrally located

The location was very good and the home was very quaint and clean. The street the home is on is very quiet. The beds were comfy and we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again, and I'm picky.

Great stay over July 4th!

House was as pictured, plenty of space for our family of 5. House was very clean. Good location to popular Memphis sights and neighborhood was quiet. There is a train that runs throughout the day, but did not hear the train overnight. We enjoyed our stay at the charming cottage!

Lovely Oasis

This place was great. We were just trying to get out of New Orleans for Francine so we didn't do a lot of exploring and it was nice to have a peaceful stay. Owner was communicative and straightforward/upfront about the rules, most of which are pretty self-explanatory. Would definitely stay again.

We appreciated our stay. Though this house is a bit close to the train tracks, it was mostly quiet, and we felt safe. An exhaust fan in the bathroom would be an improvement. Overall, this was a great value, and the back yard was super!

Memphis fun!

This is a nice clean, well kept home. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen has pretty much everything you may need. The back yard was great for letting the dogs in and out. It is a great location for getting around Memphis. It's close to downtown and only about 20 minutes from Graceland. We will definitely reserve again if we return to Memphis in the future.
