Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Empty all trash cans and place bags in the black bin by the side of the house. Recyclables go in the blue bin. Close windows, turn off lights, and lock the back patio door.
Lock the front door by tapping the lock icon at the bottom right. Place used linens by each bedroom door. If the sofa bed was used, leave those linens in the center of the living room.
Load dishes into the dishwasher and start a cycle—tabs are under the sink. Hand wash pots and pans. Do a final walkthrough to ensure no personal items were left behind.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Cute place and located near beaches and places to check out in San Diego! The host is friendly and is very responsive. Would definitely stay again, my family loved it and the kids had fun playing with the outdoor games. Thanks for hosting us!

This is for my future notes on what to send Zeyda was a great guest, he left the home in good condition, followed the house rules and was quiet and respectful with great communication. I would host him again. I would recommend him for future AirBnB hosts.
