Your home away from home in SunRiver! This marvelous six bedroom house features 4 king beds, 1 queen bed, and 2 double bunk beds, all with en suite bathrooms except one room. Guests will feel pampered with the on site hot tub and enjoy panoramic views of the golf course from the family fire pit. The property also includes access to The Quarry which features an infinity pool, two outdoor spa pools, sports courts and fitness center, all while overlooking Obsidian Lake. The Lake House features daily dining and is located next to the pools all within a half mile walk from the house. The main feature of this property is its location on one of the championship golf holes exclusive for the home owners/guests. In addition the property allows for access to the Caldera Links nine hole golf course. These amenities are all included in the property rental. We think our place will help you experience everything SunRiver has to offer all in one place!

This house and location was perfect for our extended multigenerational family. There was enough room for everyone and the space was enjoyed by all. We also enjoyed the bikes, pool table, back patio space and kitchen. There were a few hiccups during our stay but the hosts were on top of it, stayed in communication and followed up which was all very impressive. We enjoyed our stay and would consider this property in the future if we find ourselves back in Sunriver.

Our stay at this property was outstanding! The house is beautiful and very well appointed. There were 10 people in our group, and the gathering spaces were big enough to accommodate all of us comfortably. We had everything we needed in the kitchen, bathrooms, etc. Our host was extremely prompt and kind when I had questions. We really enjoyed being in Caldera Springs vs Sunriver. It had a much more relaxed vibe…but we were still really close to the stores and restaurants in Sunriver, which was convenient. I highly recommend this property!

We have a large family and have chosen Sunriver the last two years as our family vacation destination. This home was perfect for us! Plenty of room for being together or have quiet time. The kitchen provided all we needed for preparing meals and lots of storage space for the food items we brought. Amenities, I.e., hot tub, outdoor grill, fire pit, game room, and bikes were pluses to our stay. We did have to call in a stopped drain and needed extra towels and the response time to these requests was very prompt. The location was perfect for us with easy access to the Sunriver Village, bike paths, river, and Bend. We would definitely consider this house again for future stays!

We absolutely love renting this home as this was our second year. Fabulous location to make the most of all Caldera Springs and Sunriver has to offer! The hosts are so kind and very responsive. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is stocked, the use of their bikes was key! Really, all-around a fabulous place to be for a family vacation. It is now our summer tradition!
