Dog Friendly Cottage with No Pet Fee! 3BR/2BTH. Sleeps more than 6 people. Just steps away from the popular Craigville Beach.

Linens/Blankets/Pillows/Towels/Washcloths/Soap. Wi Fi, New Gas Grill (Free Propane), Picnic Table and Outdoor Shower. Lots of parking. Walk to The Barnacle and to Four Seas Ice Cream. A short ride to Historic Main Street in Hyannis and the Cape Cod Mall.

We are pricing this cottage below market rate because we just bought the cottage and it is a work in progress.

Comfortable living room with a sectional sofa and a new 40-inch Smart TV.
Kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator, electric stove/oven, microwave, drip coffee maker and toaster. Pots, dishes and utensils are provided. Kitchenette island sits 5 people.
Bedroom #1: One Queen Bed and one Day Bed with a twin mattress. This room could sleep 3 people.
Bedroom #2: One Queen Bed and one Day Bed with two twin mattresses. This room could sleep 4 people.
Bedroom #3: Two Twin Beds. This room could sleep 2 people.
2 Full Bathrooms with showers, no tubs.
Picnic table next to deck. New Gas Grill. Outdoor shower.

Great location. The cottage was what we expected -- nothing fancy, a little worn, but comfortable for being by the beach. Nice and quiet being away from the road. Lots of outdoor space, including an outdoor shower that had strong, hit water. Plenty of space in the cottage so that 7 people didn't feel crowded. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes. Plenty of bedding and towels. Easy check-in and checkout.
