The Space:

Master Suite

Nestled on the top floor, the master suite features a king bed, TV, a spacious walk-in closet, and a full private bathroom. Generous windows frame mountain vistas, inviting natural light to highlight the suite’s refined finishes. Plush linens, soft lighting, and thoughtful touches create a sanctuary for rest and rejuvenation after a day of alpine adventures.



Mid Level

On the mid level, you’ll find a second king bedroom alongside a versatile room with a twin bunk bed and a double bed—ideal for families or friends. The large living room is anchored by a gas fireplace surrounded by panoramic windows, offering cozy evenings against a backdrop of snow-dusted peaks. A three-piece bath and a smart TV complement this floor, while the open-concept kitchen flows effortlessly into the dining area. Adjoining is a spacious mudroom with an upright freezer and laundry facilities to keep your gear organized and dry.



Outdoor Amenities

From the kitchen, the doors lead you to the massive deck, where a barbecue and private hot tub await beneath the open sky. The deck’s generous layout invites al fresco meals, morning coffees, or starlit soaks surrounded by crisp mountain air.



Ground Level

The ground floor continues the chalet’s thoughtful design with a third three-piece bathroom, a second kitchen, a washer and dryer, a twin bunk room with a double bed, and a cozy queen bedroom. A family room—complete with a smart TV, fireplace, and table hockey—offers a playful retreat for guests of all ages. This level provides easy access to the chalet’s ski-in/ski-out convenience, ensuring every moment on the mountain is effortless.



Our Commitment to Sustainability

At Elevated Rentals Fernie, sustainability is part of how we host. We use reusable, refillable bottles for all soaps, shampoos, and conditioners—each filled with locally crafted Soco Soaps products to reduce waste and support Fernie makers. We choose Canadian‑made bamboo toilet paper, a more sustainable alternative to traditional paper products, and our cleaning practices are both thorough and eco‑conscious, designed to minimize environmental impact while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness. Your stay directly supports a greener, more responsible style of hospitality.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire house other than the owner lock offs.
