This split unit listing was absolutely perfect for a larger group that was looking to stay together while also having some privacy in Newport Beach. Everything about this house and our stay was great. And the patio was great to have for everyone to gather and you just can’t beat being that close to the ocean. Was also great that the property and management provided towels, chairs, and really everything you needed to have a nice beach vacation. The parking was also really great to have in order to be able to come and go with ease!

Excellent location, we rented the bottom floor apartment of three bedrooms and also the top floor apartment of 5 bedrooms for our extended-family vacation. A stones throw from the beautiful beach, and everything you could possibly need. Large California King beds, which were very comfortable.
