Together these homes sleep 12 each with 1 Queen, 2 Singles, and a Full size pullout couch. Each has its own SMART TV, WiFi, Propane BBQ, washer and dryer (shared), Beach/Bath Towels, Boogie Boards, Beach Chairs/Umbrella, and 3 Bicycles.

The space
This property is centrally located on 17th Street between the Balboa and Newport Beach piers. You can walk or ride our bikes to anywhere on the peninsula from this home. The best thing about this location is that you are a 5-15 minute walk to over 20+ restaurants, shopping, the balboa fun zone, boat rentals, all while staying at the beach.

For those of you with kids, Balboa Park is just across the street on the bay making this home an ideal location for families.

- Our Property is a legal Duplex, you rent BOTH HOMES in this listing. Home 1 is the Lower (ground level) 2 Bed 1 Bath while home 2 is the Upper (2nd Level over garage) 2 bed 1 bath. Home 2 has (1) set of stairs.
- Washer and Dryer are located in the garage and is coin operated.
-(4) Designated parking spots are provided, (2) garage and (2) Driveway Spots.
-Crib/Pack n' Play must be requested prior to your stay.
