You'll be greeted by vintage meets Mid-Century Modern in this 3BR/2BA cabin on a private ½ acre wooded lot in North Raleigh. Minutes to NC State, RDU, Duke, Downtown Raleigh, & Cary in the Research Triangle. Vintage furnishings, luxury linens, cozy wood-burning fireplace, and a large screened-in porch. Fast Wi-Fi, smart TV, dedicated workspace, and a fully stocked kitchen with epic coffee bar. Fenced dog area. Owner-managed with quick, thoughtful support and located near shops, dining, parks, museums, lakes and trails.

Welcome to the whimsical and charming Mid-Century Mod-meets-fairytale Cabin in North Raleigh, NC. You'll feel like you've stepped back in time, but with all the modern amenities you could ever need. The Ivy Cottage is just three minutes from restaurants and shops, yet it sits on over half an acre of wooded, private, and secluded land to enjoy the best of both worlds.
As soon as you step inside, you'll be greeted by the two-story sweeping ceiling, a wood-burning fireplace, period furniture, and high-quality furnishings. But that’s just the beginning! The spacious 3/2 home is packed with amenities that will make your stay unforgettable.
♦ Complete coffee station: French press, espresso maker, pod, drip, teas, high-quality coffee with all the fixings.
♦ Firepit and a sizable outdoor grill (firewood not provided).
♦ High-tech digital nomad workspace with 500+Mbps lightning-fast wifi

*Beds setup and situation: There is a queen bed in the oversized private upstairs master. This room also has a private bath and a private balcony. Two queen bedrooms and a full shared bath are on the main level.
Guest access
The house is equipped with a keyless entry. You will be issued a personal code that expires upon checkout. Just enter the home and relax after your long journey. If you would like me to meet you upon arrival, just let me know!
Guests have access to the entire house and property. Driveway parking is uncovered. You can also park on the street in front of the house.
Other things to note
This home is owner-managed and cleaned with love. We respond fast, live locally, and make deep and meaningful connections with our guests while giving you all the privacy you desire. The city of Raleigh permits the property. Permit# ZSTR-000443-2021
No smoking in the home. As per Raleigh's short-term rental statutes, no parties are permitted. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8:30 am.

Neighbourhood highlights
Stonehenge is a quiet and peaceful wooded neighborhood with old-growth trees and friendly neighbors. It is a safe and wonderful place for an evening stroll or jog.
The property is a few miles from the airport and is located halfway between Downtown Raleigh and Downtown Durham. NC State, Duke, UNC, RDU, RTP are all very close by. Most locations that our guests are coming into town to be near are within a 20-25 minute drive! Lake Lynn Park is only 1/2 a mile down the road. With a 2.5 mile trail around the lake, tennis courts, and playground.
Other things to do in N raleigh:
1. Visit the North Carolina Museum of Art: This museum features a collection of over 40,000 works of art from various cultures and time periods.
2. Explore Umstead State Park: This park offers over 5,500 acres of natural beauty and recreational activities such as hiking, fishing, and mountain biking.
3. Check out the North Raleigh Farmers Market: This farmers market offers locally grown produce, handmade crafts, and food trucks for guests to enjoy.
4. Visit the Neuse River Trail: This trail spans over 27 miles and is perfect for hiking, biking or even kayaking on the river.

It's a great location! 5 minutes to Crabtree Mall, 10 minutes to North Hills, Close to RDU, 10 Minutes from Lenovo Center events... you just can't be in a better place!
What makes this property unique
I'm not sure what to say... the land, the trees, the vintage furniture, and the exquisite charm. There's really nothing I don't love about this home and I hope you get to enjoy it just as much as I do too.
