With an excellent location at the Gulf Sands condo resort and amazing gulf views, AMI Dreaming will wake you up to the beach lifestyle and the shimmering turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

The living area is a comfortable spot for the family to gather. Open the sliding glass doors to let the sea breeze in. The gulf facing balcony features patio dining for four and offers amazing views.

The master bedroom includes a king bed, en suite bathroom and gulf views. The guest room has a set of twin over double bunk beds. A queen sofa bed in the living room adds another sleeping option. Each bedroom includes crisp linens and plush towels in the bathrooms from our professional linen service. Your guests will stay connected with complimentary WIFI and enjoy all of the comforts of home, including a washer and dryer.

The condo resort pool and spa are steps from the sand. Relax in a pool lounger and enjoy the island breezes of paradise.

Your reservation also includes two covered parking spaces beneath the building.

AMI Dreaming is easy walking distance to Publix, restaurants, Manatee Public beach, and the free island trolley, which travels the entire length of the 7 miles of the island. Hop on and off at your leisure and explore shopping, dining and the beaches. The perfect location for your next beach vacation!

Perfect set up right on the beach and close to everything. Publix was a minute away. Condo had everything we needed - towels, stocked kitchen, entertainment, beach chairs, toys, etc. Would definitely come back again!

Wow! This was the closest to the Beach we have ever stayed …literally steps. Mom is almost 80 and had no trouble getting to the beach. Sitting on the balcony felt like we were on the beach without the sand! Pool is nice and so clean. Loved it so much we booked next year. Highly recommend!

The view off the back porch was incredible! It was really nice to have the beach and pool so close. It looked like the kitchen and bathrooms had been recently renovated, and the kitchen was very well appointed.

Great location, beautiful condo!

We absolutely loved our stay at AMI Dreaming! The condo is beautiful and very well stocked. The location is perfect - steps away from the beach as well as the trolley. And just a few short min to the grocery store too. And the heated pool was great for night swimming (a favorite for my kids). This was our first visit to AMI and AMI Dreaming, but it won’t be our last.

Amazing property!

This was our 4th summer going to AMI, and this property was by far our favorite! The views from the master bedroom and living room/balcony can’t be beat. This unit is steps from the sand and also very central on the island. It was very clean and well-stocked. It had everything we needed to truly enjoy our vacation!
