This memorable house is the perfect home base for your trip. Sitting on the little Unadilla Lake. Only 30 min from Cooperstown and 35 minutes from Cooperstown dreams park. 20 min from Utica. Have your coffee by the water or your s'mores at night in the fire pit whichever you prefer. This home definitely relaxing place to be for your getaway. 1 queen bed in the cozy bedroom, guests can relax and unwind after a day of exploring. The 2 bathrooms with shower provide convenience for all. Nestled in a serene setting, this excellent property offers heating, AC, and an iron for your comfort.
This home is peaceful and a great place to just relax. Sit by the water.

Wonderful pet friendly, relaxing location. Home was clean and well stocked for all needs. Jolene was responsive and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!

This is my hometown. I live just a few miles up the road such a beautiful place to live with all four seasons. I wanted to offer something for people who live outside of this area to experience the tranquility of Central New York.
