A three bedroom two bath house on the channel at Gravel Lake in Lawton Michigan. Less than two hours from Chicago, this beautiful home sleeps eight, has a two slip dock and available lake equipment. Gravel Lake accommodates all lake activities including boating, swimming, skiing, tubing and fishing. The Lake is considered the best ice fishing location in southwest Michigan. So stop dreaming and book your reservations now. We don’t nickel and dime our guests. You will pay only our nightly rate, a nominal cleaning fee and the fee charged to you by VRBO. We cover all other expenses including taxes and other fees from VRBO.

Perfect getaway. Lots of things to do on the water we had rented a pontoon boat lots of fun. House was fully loaded nice deck for morning coffee and enjoy the water just all around wonderful vacation. And Sue big shout out to you this was our third year staying at gravel Sue was great keep up the great work😊

Wedding stay

Was very nice and clean. It was so convenient to be able to drive just a couple minutes from my grandson's wedding on the other side of the lake. Will recommend this rental to other people.

Absolutely Wonderful Vacation

The Channel House was better than expected; very accommodating, fully stocked with anything you could think of. After a long flight we stopped to get our essentials but it was our mistake that we didn’t actually go to the property to see what was provided so we spent unnecessary money. The house itself was clean, fresh linen, condiments, board games were available, fully equipped with dishwater/pots and pans, and towels. Easy checkin, close to area attractions and peaceful compared to the city life. The dock was a plus as we fished every day. The neighbors on both sides were very friendly, especially the gentleman on the right who came out and fished with my grandson. I wish I had got his name because I wanted to thank him personally but it was storming so bad our last day there. This is the second time we rented from Sue, who you can reach at any time. She was very understanding with the umbrella issue. All in all, we had a wonderful vacation-beautiful lake, beautiful home, quiet neighborhood, and wonderful host. I highly recommend this property. Sue will be the first person I contact on our next trip in January! Thanks again Sue and you definitely deserve 5 stars!!

Very quiet here on the channel cul-de-sac, very few boats out and about this late in the season. Foggy morning was very neat over the water. Anyone looking for a good restaurant -- La Cantina in Paw Paw does Italian well.

Great friend getaway

2 lifelong friends and I shared many laughs in this home. We enjoyed the lake and the quietness of this location. The owners were awesome with their communication throughout our trip.

Channel house stay

We LOVED our stay at this house! An idea: ~ WiFi shut off that morning and we were not able to log out of our streaming services. It would be nice to have a heads up, just so people can log out. We didn’t have cell service at all until we got to a main road. We left behind (intentionally) some lures, firewood, and charcoal. We are already planning our next trip to this home! Thanks again! Stayed for a Wedding

The property was lovely, it was clean, tidy, was (as stated on the listing) pet free (I have allergies) and was well stocked. The owners came by once wishing us well, and even noticed that we had accidently left the door on our rental car ajar, saving it from getting soaked!
