Island Tower 1701 is a three-bedroom, three-bath condo with stunning gulf-front views from the east corner of the 17th floor. Located just 0.4 miles west of Hwy. 59, in the heart of Gulf Shores.



Unit amenities:



• Gulf-front balcony access from the living room and primary bedroom



• Tile flooring in the living room; luxury vinyl plank flooring in the bedrooms



• Fully equipped kitchen. The dining area seats six, and there are four barstools for additional seating.



• Keurig provided in the second master suite



• Full-size washer and dryer inside the unit



• Living area has a sofa sleeper



• Primary bedroom has a king-size bed



• Second bedroom has a queen-size bed



• Third bedroom has a king-sized bunk bed (*children six years or younger should not be permitted on the top bunk)



• Keyless entry for no-wait check-in/check-out



• A maximum of two cars allowed



• No boats, jet skis, trailers, or recreational vehicles allowed on the property

Very clean, including lobby area, parking and everything was easy, easy access to beach and pool was nice. Condo itself was amazing with views looking over the gulf and strip. The beds were comfortable and everyone in the family got the best sleep of their life. Would rent here again!

This condo is beautiful!! It was described perfectly in the description. It had plenty of room, very clean, it even smelled clean when I walked in the front door! The view is amazing! A couple times I was able to lay out on the balcony and get sun instead of going to the beach. Everything about this condo was a 100/10. My husband and I will be back!

Great location and beautiful property. Right on the beach and in a perfect spot to walk to all the shops and nearby restaurants. Perfect spot for a family getaway for relaxation and some sun. Definitely would book here again.
