This home is just 250 yards from Surf Drive Beach, 500 yards from Falmouth Village, 1.25 miles from the Shining Sea Bike Path and 200 yards from Falmouth Harbor with Ferries to Martha's Vineyard! This fantastic home has two living areas (one in the front of the house and one in the back), dining area, kitchen, master bedroom and two full baths all on the first floor. The upstairs has four bedrooms, a full bath and small office nook. The backyard is beautiful and large with a patio and outdoor shower. Home has central A/C.
