Enjoy this 3-story ocean villa. Just seconds away from the ocean. Sink you feet in the sand & have a ball in this 3500 square foot villa. Townhome has 7 Bdr & 6 baths & 2 Half baths. Billiard Room with Theatre Seating. The villa is older so we have the best rates on the beach for a 7 bedroom villa next to the beach! Linens & Bath Towels Etc. included in Cleaning fee. This not a 5 Star resort, but great location & size. 6 parking spots

This place was exactly what we expected, this was our 2nd year at this house. Great location, plenty of parking and pool access! If you have a large extended family this is the place to go!

Property exactly as described - older and not a 5 star property. The location was great, directly across from the beach and close to main road with lots of restaurants and shops. The property was large enough to accommodate all 17 of us easily, along with our 4 cars. Note that the property provides bare minimum, so shampoo, hand soap, pillows and hairdryers should be brought from home. Very good price for the location and size. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Pros:1. The house location is right across from the beach, making it an easy walk to the shore.2. The house had plenty of space for everyone to hang out comfortable.Cons:1. The house was in need of several repairs and updates.2. The dishwasher did not work for our entire stay. We reported it to the owner, but he chose not to fix it.3. All smoke detectors were out of order—the battery compartments were left open with no batteries inside, which is a major safety violation. When reported to the host, he simply told us to "go and enjoy the beach." The smoke detectors were never repaired or replaced during our stay.4. The number of beds did not match the listing description. Bedroom #5 was supposed to have two beds, but it only had one.

Let me say this first. The details tell you this is not a 5-star. There were leaks, broken doorknobs, toilets running constantly, and one bathroom that just didn't work period. It could use some upgrades. The weather was bad, but that wasn't in their control. We were more disappointed in that than the minor inconveniences of the above mentioned. With all that being said, it did not stop us from enjoying the home. There was plenty of space to gather as a family or if you wanted to be alone. The host was very attentive and responded whenever reached out to. The house was steps away from the beach and close to many locations, whether grocery stores, restaurants, or attractions. I definitely have this location saved for future trips.

The carpets probably haven’t been cleaned, ever.The dishwasher did not work and no resolution was provided by the host.The batteries for the lock died during our visit and we were expected to fix it.The microwave plate was missing and the replacement provided did not fit.Windows and doors leaked during a storm.Bedrooms and beds listed did not match the actuals provided.

Overall the listing is mostly accurate. It is an older place which is fine. There are lots of cracked tiles, the furniture is older, sketchy patch jobs, but it was clean (the carpet was a bit rough but it is carpet in a beach house) and there were no bugs which is key. We had a few things we noticed immediately like a tub that was constantly running and most of the smoke detectors had no batteries and it was obvious as the battery doors were open. When I messaged they sent someone out to fix the tub right away. We noticed the second day that the microwave plate was missing and we messaged and we're told the previous guests must have broke it. That was it. TV remotes were everywhere and didn't work on some tvs turned on living room but thats it, no roku. The last issues were the dishwasher does not work and there definitely aren't enough dishes for everyone the house sleeps ( Go out to eat or be prepared to handwash all dishes and buy disposable to have enough basics) and the outside stair light is very dim and multiple people tripped trying to come in after dark and the top level stair light is the same way. When we messaged about this I assume they were tired of hearing from us and just ignored the message all together. 12 family members from all different areas drove especially for this so we stayed and enjoyed each other's company and dealt with inconveniences. I would be wary of booking again due to the safety issues as far as smoke detectors and not seeing on the stairs.
