When you enter the fabulous Seaside Beach Mansion, you'll immediately sense the warm and inviting upscale coastal decor. The ground floor features 4 bedrooms, all of which have private bathrooms attached. Two bedrooms offer King beds and two have Queen sized beds (one of the king suites has a twin bed as well). One of the King bedrooms is a 1st floor Master, featuring a jacuzzi tub and gas fireplace.

There is a first floor living/TV room with a queen pullout sofa bed and it's own kitchenette. The pool deck features a granite outdoor bar for relaxation and outdoor dining and the pool is a great diversion from the surf and sand. The outdoor shower is convenient to rinse off after a day at the beach. The utility room off of the garage has a washer/ dryer for your use and there is a 2nd full size side by side refrigerator in the garage.

The second floor is the main living floor with an open floor plan which is ideal for larger groups. This floor features the gourmet kitchen with huge granite island bar, with seating for 10! The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with commercial grade appliances including a 6 burner stove, 3 ovens, microwave oven, warming drawer and 2 Bosch dishwashers. An automatic under counter ice maker and beverage center help take the overflow from the over-sized Sub-Zero side by side refrigerator/freezer. Choose to dine indoors or out; this floor features an indoor dining table in addition to the bar seating as well as 3 outdoor decks, all furnished for your dining or leisure time preferences.

The 2nd floor open floor plan leads you from the kitchen/dining area directly into the large family room with large 65 inch 4K high def TV and sectional seating. A full bathroom on this floor also connects to a bedroom with two queen beds.

The third floor has more 3 master suites, all with king sized beds, private bathrooms and their own outdoor balconies. The 4th bedroom is perfect for the children, furnished with a twin bunk bed and twin trundle bed, it sleeps 3 very comfortably. The 3rd floor laundry area has 2 washer/dryers, making a total of 3 washer/dryers in the property for your convenience.

The huge roof top deck is the most unique feature of this home! It is fully furnished with chaise lounges and a circular sectional sofa. It's the perfect space to sun bathe in peace and privacy or escape for a glass of wine while viewing the ocean or Atlantic City skyline or to watch the sun set over the bay. Breathtaking!!

Atlantic City is only a short 5-10 minute ride for those interested in the exciting nightlife, restaurants, gambling and shows.

This property has it all! Whether you're planning a quiet family beach week, a family birthday or anniversary celebration or a gambling getaway, the Seaside Beach Mansion is perfect for you!

Seaside Beach Mansion was the perfect place for our group of 16 friends. There was plenty of room with many areas for large groups to gather as well as areas for small groups to gather. Great stay with wonderful home and location. Owner is very responsive. We had a great stay. Only negative there are strict rules to be inside after 10, which made it hard to enjoy rooftop and outside area after the kids slept.

We could not have asked for a better place to stay! The house is kept in excellent condition, and for the size of our group everyone was comfortable and had plenty of space. If you are thinking of renting this home, do not hesitate. Brian and Andrea’s home has everything you need to have a great time. We were able to give my mom a very special and memorable 75th birthday party with her nieces and cousins. Everyone enjoyed the home. To be able to host everyone with their own room bathroom and tv was a blessing. The space is top notch for celebrating the ones you love. Respect the house and the neighbors and you’ll have a great time. Brian made me feel like an old friend and I really can’t express my gratitude enough. He was just a phone call or text away when I had questions. Oh I forgot to mention the AC skyline from the roof top deck, absolutely gorgeous. Shame our visit was during the snow storm and in January. I can only imagine what it’s like during the warmer months. The pictures of the home are just as expected. Excellent taste in the furnishings and decor.

Annual seven couple get away (year 32). Really liked that each bedroom was spacious and had it's own bathroom. Remainder of the living spaces were very nice. As our trip was in the winter, we didn't get to enjoy the outdoor amenities. Owner is very responsive and accommodating. This is a great property for a larger group.

Amazing week on the Jersey Shore

This house was a perfect fit for our extended family of 18! It was very clean and beautifully decorated. It has plenty of large open spaces for all of us to gather and quite a few balconies for smaller groups. It has a well equipped kitchen and the heated pool was wonderful. Brian is a very good host and checked in on us periodically during our stay! We will definitely stay here again!

Brigantine beach

What a beautiful and spacious home! The owner provided all amenities and more….it was a beach vacation of a lifetime. Pool, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, extra seating, linen service, laundry service, etc. Plenty of parking and walking distance to shops, restaurants and more. We’ll definitely be back!

We purchased our first home in Brigantine in 2006. We absolutely fell in love with Brigantine and its amazing beach and over the years, we've purchased 3 additional Brigantine properties. We love hosting others and sharing our homes with our amazing guests and we're so gratified that so many of our guests return year after year. We're all about exceeding your expectations!
