3 Bedrooms, 4 Bathrooms with balcony overlooking the beach with private balcony on the Gulf of Mexico; Sleeps 8-10;

One of a kind facility for couples and our wonderful visiting families.***

*Please note: Phoenix West II, Oasis at OBA, is a smoke-free complex, except for designated outdoor smoking areas. The non-smoking policy, which include e-cigarettes, apply to all common areas (i.e. pool decks, stairwells, etc.), inside condominium units and on balconies.
Our beachfront unit is one of the most luxurious developments in Orange Beach, AL. Sleeps 8-10 guests with more amenities than anyone in the area.
Master suite with King-size bed, large new flat screen TV, Blu-Ray DVD, Large walk-in closets, Jacuzzi tub and stand up shower, w/ double vanity.
Second Bedroom has two queen beds and has a large flat screen TV, DVD as well as private bath with shower/tub combination. New white furnishings March 2024.
Third Bedroom has a King-size bed, large TV, Blue-Ray DVD player with private bath with Shower/tub combination. All beds are plush and have memory foam pillows.

Unit has a wet bar with ice machine installed March 2024, a variety of glasses and a blender.
Living room with 12 foot floor to ceiling windows is set up with large sectional, 2 new swivel & rocking club chairs (March 2024) and 2 ottomans.
Furniture is very comfortable & perfect for relaxing after a fun day on the beach.

Dining room, set up with six chairs and family style table, additional seating at kitchen counter with 3 bar stools.

Kitchen is fully equipment with modern appliances: Stove, new microwave (2024), dishwasher, new garbage disposal(2024), refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, Mr. Coffee maker as well. Dishes, silverware, pots, pans, crock-pot, and large Stainless Steel refrigerator included.

Patio/Balcony boasts beautiful views of Gulf of Mexico blue water and white sandy beaches. Patio furniture includes table, Polywood six chairs and 2 chaise lounge chairs.

Unit is clean, comfortable, and constently updated for you to enjoy.

Parking is indoor, which is a huge plus during the summer and winter months. Master Suite has Jacuzzi bath tub, Separate shower with dual shower heads, separate stall for toilet and a huge walk in closet.

Wet Bar setup wit new ice machine, which is a convenient to fill your small cooler for the beach.

Condo is on white sand beach, rental lounges and umbrellas are available on the beach. Phoenix West II, "Oasis at OBA" has a large lazy river on the beach side, outdoor and heated indoor pools, kids play area, large two story exercise room, equipment with sauna, steam room, hot tubs, and beach view.
The complex has a Ball Room for special events, such as weddings, private parties, business meetings, etc. It's also equipped with two kitchens.
There are many restaurants and bars in nearby community that have a wide variety of foods as well as prices. Plenty of places to take the kids, putt-putt golf, arcades, go-carts, shopping, miniature golf, water parks, horse back, etc.

The accommodations were great and everything was as wind as they appeared in photos. The amenities at the resort were very convenient. My only complaint about the entire stay is not something the host had any control over. I’m not sure who makes the decisions but the chair/umbrella rental companies getting all of the prime beach real estate was a bit frustrating for our group. Overall an absolutely wonderful stay.

Wow! This property is just how the pictures look. Everything is clean. The views are breathtaking and the property itself is so nice. This was my 9 month olds first trip to the beach and it is a trip we will never forget. I would recommend this property to anyone.

We were a party of 4 adults and stayed 2 weeks in this beautiful condo. The unit was very clean and was exactly as advertised, it did not disappoint. The view was spectacular. The building had fun amenities for all ages. We all had a wonderful time and Angela was responsive each time we reached out to her.

This is a beautiful condo with all the amenities you will need. The owners are very helpful. They drove 350 miles one-way on the day we checked in to repair the dryer. The elevators were never a problem for us. You will not be disappointed!

Wonderful!!!

This condo was perfect for our family! The ice machine was a huge bonus. I was a little nervous being on the 31st floor being so far from bottom level as i have 2 severe knee injuries and on crutches and in brace, but the elevators were usually very quick and not a lot of wait time. Beach staff was also very helpful in assisting when needed! Would recommend to others and would definitely stay again.

Spring Break 2024

Spring Break 2024 turned into a mini reunion as we were able to meet the newest member of the family (age 10 months). Our accommodations included a pack and play which was put to good use. 31st Floor offered premier views of sunrise, beach walkers, and helicopters flying lower than our line of sight. Our hosts were responsive to any questions or concerns and we will certainly return.

After graduating from a local high school, I moved to a big city where I met my Michigan native husband. We are so happy to be able to enjoy this area again with our children and extended family.

After extensive traveling, we have decided that the Alabama Gulf Coast has the prettiest sunsets and friendliest people.
