Property worked well for us. Looked for a house with three bedrooms on the same level as the living and dining room (had several who could not do stairs). Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Did feel that the dining room chairs needed some tightening as they were wobbly and there was only 5 chairs even though the pictures show 6. Also some of the pans in the kitchen might need to be replaced as the teflon coating is starting to come off which is unsafe.
Everything was very clean and well organized. The host had a great response time. Hot tub was amazing after a day of golf! Would be great for a family and or a group of friends. Highly recommend.
We were in town to celebrate Christmas with my daughter and her family. This house was within 5 miles of her, so perfect for us. Also, there was every type of shopping within a mile or two.The house is beautifully decorated, the beds are very comfy, and the kitchen was incredible. We cooked several meals and never lacked the pots, pans, and utensils to easily prepare our food.The game room was a fun bonus, we played some pool, and experienced some 80’s nostalgia with the arcade game The location is great, right off of Hwy 36, so moving around the area was a breeze. The host provided thorough and timely communication that covered any information we needed.I’d definitely recommend this house and host.
The “entire place” isn’t 100% accurate as there is someone living below the home. Our second day there our kids got told to stay inside due to theTenants dog being aggressive- and the next day that same dog got out and attacked someone’s dog. The person who’s dog was attacked rangThe door bell and the tenant below answered the door bell (which to me is weird because that door bell watches us come in and out) We did NOT feel safe using anything in the backyard which included the outdoor seating and hot tub. The backyard was full of dog poop too, which wasn’t okay as it smelled and the front yard was outgrown with grass and weeds. We also found knives in the game room, luckily my kids know better not to play with them. And then the AC went out, we had to sleep with doors and windows open until someone could come out which was almost a full 24hours.

On the property listing: our listing clearly and transparently discloses that this is a duplex with a tenant occupying the lower unit, and that all guest spaces are fully private. We've never had a guest feel misled by this, and we'd encourage anyone considering a booking to read the listing in full — it's all there.
On the dog: the tenant's dog is a certified service animal, is not aggressive, and is not regularly present at the property. We take the claim of an attack seriously, but this account is inconsistent with anything reported to us during or after this stay. We'd also note that the tenant does not have access to the guest entrance or doorbell — so that detail gave us pause as well.
On the knives: there are no knives in the game room. Knives are located in the kitchen, where they belong. We're confident in this.
On the yard: the property is maintained on a regular schedule. We have no record of the conditions described, and this was not raised with us during the stay.
On the AC: this is the one item we want to own fully. The AC did go out unexpectedly — something that had never happened before and has not happened since. Our technician was on-site and the issue was resolved within half a day. We're sorry this disrupted the stay and understand the frustration, even if the response time was as fast as we could make it happen.
We genuinely love hosting families and take pride in doing so. We're sorry this visit didn't reflect that — but we also want future guests to have the full picture.
Home was set up nicely for our family of 4. Kitchen was set up to accomadate simple dinners or breakfast. Close to Red Rocks Amphitheater, hiking, and whitewater rafting. Tenant below is nice and so is his pup. Would recommend this property.

One of the reasons we booked this property was because it has a full kitchen, and we wanted to cook. We clearly communicated with the host (Vishal)/Rank One Stays on day 1 when we noticed water leaking under the sink and onto the kitchen floor. Vishal kept saying he'd check with their team and get back with us. Fast forward two days later, Vishal asked that we contacted their maintenance team, and we received the same message, that they are actively coordinating with their handyman. So frustrated, we stated that we would resume using the kitchen sink and would not be responsible for any water damage. Of course, the handyman showed up for repair 4 hours later. Due to the leak under the sink, we could not prepare and cooked our food for 2 days. As a result, we had to eat out, which was not what we intended to do. We understand things happen out of their control; however, it should not have taken 2 days to rectify the issue. We requested some compensation based on the above mentioned facts but Vishal stated that they did fix the issue during our stay, that they fixed the issue as soon as possible. Really? It took 2 days, out of the 4 nights, to repair the leak and they call that as soon as possible? We have stayed at many rental through out the years, but this vrbo rental is unacceptable and the worst. Stay away from this rental if you can.

When you first reported the leak, I was traveling internationally due to a family situation and coordinating everything remotely across time zones. I want to be clear: that is never an excuse, and my goal was still to resolve your issue as quickly as possible. I'm sorry the communication felt slower than it should have during that time.
I do want to provide some context for future guests reading this: the moment your message reached our maintenance team, they mobilized and a handyman arrived the same day — within 4 hours of that contact being made. The issue was resolved during your stay, and we were genuinely trying to get there faster. I recognize that "2 days" from first report to resolution is not the experience we want anyone to have, and I understand why that was frustrating.
We truly value guests who communicate issues in real time — it's the only way we can fix things. I'm sorry the kitchen was off-limits longer than it should have been, and I'm sorry the stay fell short of what you'd hoped for.
For anyone reading this considering a booking: maintenance issues are rare, and when they occur, our team works hard to resolve them. We've since reinforced our response protocols to make sure a handyman is dispatched immediately upon any reported issue — no lag, no follow-up needed from guests.
