Great location to downtown Mystic restaurants and shops. We walked to everything. Host was very nice and responded very quickly! Master has a great bathroom attached. Thank you for a great weekend!

The Ashby Cottage was a wonderful winter getaway for our family. It was literally walking distance to downtown Mystic and easily accessible. The house was clean and beautifully decorated. The bedrooms were spacious and super comfortable. The fact they offered Disney was a bonus for the kiddos! I would definitely recommend for any family or large group!

We were 6 college friends (in our late 40's) coming together for a girl's weekend. We absolutely loved our stay and would 100% stay here again. The location was PERFECT. A very quick walk to downtown shops, restaurants, etc. The layout of the house was perfect for us and everyone commented that their beds were so comfortable!

The house was in the PERFECT location! We were able to walk to downtown Mystic - a quick 7 minute walk. We were close to shops, restaurants, the water, etc. The house is well decorated, clean and the owners were so easy to work with! We would definitely come back!

We were impressed by how clean and well cared for the home was. It felt fresh and welcoming without any overpowering scents. The host was accommodating to our early check in request and responded quickly to any questions we had. You can tell the house is thoughtfully maintained.The home is absolutely beautiful, with so much character that fits the charm of Mystic itself. The listing photos are accurate. We stayed during a very hot weekend, and the air conditioning kept the house cool the entire time. It was also stocked with everything we needed including garbage bags, soaps, toilet paper, towels, bedding, and kitchen essentials. The location couldn’t have been better. It’s about a 5 minute walk to just about everything in town. The host also went above and beyond by sharing recommendations for local restaurants and things to do, along with a gift card to a nearby bake shop that we loved so much we went every morning. This was our first visit to Mystic, and staying here made the trip even more memorable. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would absolutely recommend this home to anyone visiting the area.
