We enjoyed our stay, but you may want to take a couple of extra blankets if you tend to get cold. Air conditioning works extremely well

A great place to stay! Everything was clean, the host was communicative, and the house was even more spacious than the pictures showed! Good water pressure in the showers and AirPlay capability on the TVs were pleasant surprises. This location was a good home base for traveling back and forth from Lexington.

Property was great, only slight complaint was there was no icemaker or icemaker plastic tray. The frige was dirty as well. Everything else was great!

Overall the stay was good. House was clean; however, kitchen area needed more attention for future guests. House was being renovated, so some areas still needing TLC. Deck was very nice, but yard grass and bushes were not cut. Air conditioning worked great which was nice considering the rain and heat we had during our stay in June. Living room was comfortable and spacious for evening movie watching.
