About this property
Spacious & renovated house, walking distance to town! Perfect for families!
Historic 1910 cabin reminiscence inside this renovated home (complete renovation finalized July 2018).
Wonderful quiet setting on over 1 acre land.
Walking distance to the historic Stanley hotel (0.7 miles), downtown Estes Park (0.6 miles), main grocery store (1 mile) and 3.3 miles from Beaver Meadow visitors center (the main visitor center/entrance for Rocky Mountain National Park) and 4 miles from the Fall River visitor center (the north entrance to the park and less crowded).
The home is very welcoming with some unique old cabin rooms complemented with a cozy, modern, comfortable and spacious addition. It is a truly unique and amazing place!
Lot’s of amazing wildlife sighting and short distance to outdoor fun! Just to mention a few: RMNP, MacGregor Ranch, Lumpy Ridge trail head, downtown Estes Park, the Birch Ruins, the aerial tramway and many more. There is plenty of information and a perfect planning area in the office. This includes maps, suggested hikes, local newsletters, restaurants and entertainment recommendations. Everything you need to plan your stay in Estes Park.
The game room has a large variety of puzzles and games (for all ages), books (fiction, nonfiction, kids, local maps and hiking guides) and magazines.
On the TV, you can enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime and a DVD player (with a good selection of DVDs)
We also have fiber optic internet!
You will not be bored!
Main level: family room, game room (with pullout couch), dining room, large renovated kitchen, en-suite 3rd bedroom (queen size bed), 4th bedroom (single bed), laundry, office area, large deck, gas BBQ.
Upper level: large masters suite and master bathroom, 2nd bedroom (bunk bed with queen on the bottom and Twin XL on top), walk out to upper deck area.
Outside: large deck, detached garage and large outdoor area. Please note that the outside firepit can not be used due to the newly implemented town emergency ordinance (July 2022), banning outdoor fires at vacation home rentals, due to the high wildfire risk.

About the host
Hosted by Annelies Hall

We are an active family, so we try to get away to the mountains as much as possible. We enjoy everything the mountains have to offer from skiing in the winter to hiking in the summer. After many years of visiting several towns, we have chosen Estes Park as our “home away from home”.
Why they chose this property
Estes Park is a little over an hour from Denver. It's a quick and gorgeous drive to be in an amazing town that offers great hiking, snowshoeing and many festivals and activities, year round!
What makes this property unique
The unique benefits of the house:
The house is very spacious and offers a nice combination of the historic Estes Park with the 100 year old cabin space and the nice amenities and space of the newer build. The house has been renovated to provide an open concept and modern touches. The outside space is great to enjoy the firepit and admire wildlife (we always see elk, deer, chipmunks, etc) The location is perfect as you can easily walk into town as well as to the historic Stanley Hotel. The house is only 3.3 miles from Beaver Meadow visitors center (the main visitor center/entrance for Rocky Mountain National Park) and 4 miles from the Fall River visitor center (the north entrance to the park and less crowded).
