Welcome to Duneside Terrace 302, a charming three-bedroom, two-bathroom vacation rental in the heart Tybee Island. This spacious condo is part of the Duneside Terrace complex, well-known for its convenient access to the beach (just a half-block away!) and community amenities.
Step inside to nautical flair and soothing beach hues. The open floor plan makes it easy for everyone to come together with comfortable furnishings, a large Smart TV, a well-equipped kitchen and a dining area made for meals together and board games nights alike. Duneside Terrace offers up to eight guests a restful retreat with three cozy bedrooms, including a queen-size primary bedroom with private access to the balcony. Each bedroom features a private TV. Two full bathrooms are stocked with plenty of fresh towels. For your convenience, a washing machine and dryer are also provided.

Rooms were clean. Beds were a bit hard for our liking but that is a personal preference. Balcony was small but comfortable. Kitchen well appointed. Living room was not toddler proof but we managed. Close enough to the beach with a very short and easy walk.

Excellent location! The property is very close to the beach and pier, as well as shops and dining. Check in/out was very convenient and the place was very clean and accommodating. We enjoyed the balcony in the evenings but the sliding door was very difficult to open and close. This was our second time staying on the property(we were in a different unit last year) and I will definitely book again if possible.

Close to the beach

We only had to walk maybe 2 blocks to the beach. The condo was very cute and spacious. The beach was very clean and easily accessible.

Perfect Vacation Stay

The location was great. It’s in walking distance of the beach, stores and restaurants. Quiet, comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was stocked with all necessary items. The only thing that wasn’t pleasant was the master bedroom bed was a little too firm Overall a wonderful place to stay

Perfect for Tybee/Savannah/Hilton Head Getaway!

Condo had plenty of room. Very clean. Balcony was nice. Nice dishes and appliances. Great walking distance to shops, beach, restaurants. Quiet area. Sliding door for bedroom balcony wouldn’t lock. Faucets and shower heads were flimsy and poor pressure. Pool very, very small.

Great girl’s trip! Awesome location!

Loved close access to beach, restaurants and shops. Did not know Tybee still allows smoking in the bars. Too bad. The apartment was clean but needed a deep clean such as the upholstered sofa and chairs in the family room. Kitchen is well stocked. Two comfy chairs on the balcony. We had no issues with anything. Refrigerator is working fine. Remember when you bring in a load of room temperature drinks on first day it will take about 12 hours to cool them down. Recommend this place!

Great Stay, with a few hiccups!

Check in was super easy. The refrigerator and freezer were on the fritz, frozen up, froze everything we placed in it and leaked water all over the floor. Notified management, but never heard back past them saying they would have maintenence come fix it. Never happened. Parking is also scary. The columns are so close together, and you can barely move. Outside of that it was a great stay!

Fall Break 2020

The condo was perfect! Great location, great decor, clean and nicely equipped. We didn’t move the car once as we were in walking distance to everything. The management company was great to deal with. They were always pleasant. The battery on our door lock was dying. I called the management company and less than an hour later they were changing the battery. All smiles. Literally couldn’t have had a better trip. We will stay at this condo again!! Highly recommend the condo and Tybee Beach Vacation Rental.

Beautiful beach condo

We were so pleased with the cleanliness and the location of this condo. Just a short walk to the beach. Parking is a bit tight, but manageable. If you're looking for a property with a large pool this isn't it. One pool; indoors and very small. We had such a wonderful time and definitely recommend to anyone looking to get away from it all. Tybee Island is wonderful.
