PLEASE READ NOTES BELOW. Welcome to your fully renovated two-level Midtown penthouse oasis with 1,600 sq ft of space, a 600 sq ft private rooftop with bay and city views, and a 120 sq ft balcony. Designed with natural, desert-inspired touches, the space blends modern comfort with organic charm.

Relax on your balcony or take the spiral staircase to your rooftop lounge surrounded by cacti in earthy pottery. At the end of the street you can sit by the bay, and at night enjoy sunsets from your private rooftop. Private parking included.

Notes: Construction is taking place just outside the building during daytime hours. The kitchen does not include an oven, but an air fryer and plug-in two burner stovetop are provided. All appliances are built into the cabinetry for a clean design.

Our host was great to provide all details regarding finding the place, where to park, access to the building and the condo. We were able to get to the cruise port easily and quickly. There are lots of places to go at which are close enough to be all to. We would definitely stay here again!

Thanks for taking the time to review us! We are glad you enjoyed the accommodation, and it was to your liking. Unfortunately, with the construction, there isn’t much we can do. It is unfortunate that is in close proximity. I do make it 100% transparent in our listing that there is construction taking place, so for there to be no surprises. I know it’s not ideal for everyone when it comes to their vacation destination, and some people may not book with us for that reason. That is fair. However, we try our best to accommodate everyone with what we are working with!
