The apartment offers easy access to the ocean, and Scituate is a beautiful seaport town full of charm. Everyone was friendly. We especially enjoyed watching the sunrise from the back porch with our coffee. The apartment was very clean and well stocked with the essentials, whether you’re cooking or enjoying a night of indoor games. It’s also pet-friendly, which was a wonderful bonus!

We had a nice stay overall. The apartment is a basement studio with a cozy, cute feel, and the view of the marsh is definitely a highlight—especially from the patio area, which was a great spot to relax. The layout is a bit unconventional. The second “bedroom” is more of a space off the entryway rather than a fully separate room, and the main exterior access is through the bathroom since the kitchen door doesn’t open. It worked for us, but it’s something to be aware of when booking. Being a basement unit, you can hear the residents upstairs walking around and talking. It wasn’t excessive and didn’t bother us much since we were mostly there just to sleep. Overall, it met our needs and was a comfortable place for a short stay, especially if you don’t plan to spend a lot of time inside.

The property is run down. One of the doors to go outside is stuck. It is not worth the money Neighbors upstairs will wake you very early
