Originally from upstate NY but been out west ever since college. Love Durango for the beautiful four seasons and the endless activities most of which I take advantage of. While I’m away may as well have guests utilizing my nice home and the added income doesn’t hurt either 😀
What makes this property unique
Cozy house with everything you’ll need. Hot tub is very nice as well as the back deck. Nice 6’ pool table. Can set up ping pong in the garage if you enjoy that. Good location to head in all directions from. Enjoy
