Charming 1947 cottage, filled with light and character. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a shower/tub, office space and deck.

*Guest access*
You'll have full access to the entire front house. Please note there are a few steps leading up to the entrance. A lockbox with keys is provided for easy check-in.

The side entrance connected to the laundry area is off-limits. Pls do not open the shutter door. Thank you :)

*Other things to note*
There is a studio with a separate entrance at the back that is tenant-occupied. We kindly ask that you be mindful of space and privacy during your stay.

Lastly, due to a city water conservation mandate, sprinkler use is limited to 2 days a week. As a result, our front lawn may appear dry or brown during certain times of the year. We appreciate your understanding as we do our part to support sustainable water use in the community.

We had last minute booking for the holidays and rainy week! I have an absolutely great stay here and honestly couldn’t have asked for better hosts. Communication was fast, friendly, and helpful — the kind that makes you feel taken care of without being hovered over.The cottage was clean, cozy, and exactly as advertised (always a win). Everything worked as it should, check-in was smooth and the location was excellent. We spent our time relaxing and enjoying the stay — not troubleshooting or stressing, which is kind of the whole point of a vacation.While experiences can vary, ours was completely positive. If there were an award for “hosts who genuinely care,” these owners would be finalists. We’d happily stay here again and would recommend it without hesitation.

Thoroughly communicated that they wanted us to have a 5 star rating stay from the start. However, this cottage has an ant problem that they didn't try to fix until right after we left. There was no willingness to enter the cottage to change the sheets while we were there. They only delivered clean sheets on our doorstep after having to follow up multiple times and send visual proof that there were ants in my bed. They were willing to give a partial refund for the night I spent on the couch. Once we checked out, we were immediately acused of changing the lock code and bringing in the mail from the mailbox. I was threatened with being reported to the police, with no understanding that we wouldn't know how to change the code or that the cleaners left the mail before they left. Great location, but it wasn't worth the stress of dealing with the host on my vacation.
