Treme Townhouse, elegant living, steps to the French Quarter

Spacious and elegant 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath apartment on the second floor of our beautiful historic home. It has lots of natural light and a balcony that you can sit out on in the morning and enjoy your coffee.

Located on a quiet tree lined block in the historic neighborhood of Treme, just two blocks from the French Quarter and the Rampart Streetcar. Plenty of free on-street parking on our block.

It's just a short walk to Bourbon St, The Marigny, Frenchmen St and Louis Armstrong Park. This property will allow you to enjoy all that New Orleans has to offer.

Each room is beautifully decorated with its own unique style & decor. It has an incredible layout, featuring bedrooms with walk in closets and private bathrooms in each. The roomy 1400+ Sq Ft apartment features high ceilings, pocket doors, private balcony, and hardwood floors. We have a pull out sofa bed in the living room that can sleep 2 (to be used only by 6 guests who are paying the extra guests fee), and the pocket doors can be closed for privacy. Amenities include High-Speed Wi-Fi, Cable TV with HBO and Netflix, complementary coffee and tea, extra pillows and linens. Ironing board and iron, garment steamer, and blackout curtains in the bedrooms.

**Not suitable for parties or loud gatherings as we have very nice neighbors downstairs.**

This house has all the comforts of home! It was the perfect set up for two couples. The owner goes above and beyond to accommodate! Fabulous New Orleans Vacation

The townhouse was in a perfect location- walking distance to all of the French Quarter's sights and experiences. The home was a perfect space to rest and relax between excursions. Would recommend this to friends and family!

Absolutely incredible place to stay.

This property has everything that a person could ever want. It's situated close enough to the French Quarter to get in the action, yet far enough away that its quiet and tranquil. The home is clean, incredibly decorated, and there's plenty of parking. Book with confidence because I promise once you stay, you will want to come back time and time again.

Terrific Time in Tremé

We really enjoyed our stay. Perfect for two couples traveling together. So clean! We LOVED how close we were to all the sights and sounds we wanted to experience but were far enough removed to be able to relax and enjoy the quiet. Communication with Charlie was always so welcoming—if we find ourselves in New Orleans again, we would DEFINITELY stay here again!!

Absolutely amazing

The property was clean, spacious, comfortable, and decorated beautifully. The neighborhood was great - close enough to the French Quarter to walk but far enough away to get some peace and quiet at night. Charlie was very responsive and the property is definitely one of the best Vrbo rentals we have had on a vacation. Would highly recommend this property and we can’t wait to come back!

The flat was wonderful, both in size, location and decor. Everything one might need and more. Charming, well appointed. We loved our balcony time watching people pass by. Beautiful clean home in NOLA

This home was perfect! We felt perfectly safe in the location and no issues with street parking. We LOVED the property, it’s clear Charlie spent a lot of time to make sure it was comfortable. The amount of amenities (cooking utensils, spices, towels, ect) was everything we ever could have asked for. Everything we needed to be comfortable was there! Only thing was one of the bathrooms is a tub with shower head handle - if there was a way to enclose this with a hanging shower curtain so both bathrooms could be easy to use for showers that would be brilliant!

Beautiful home, excellent location

Peaceful, light-filled, comfortable home. Downstairs permanent neighbors very friendly. Great location just two blocks from the French Quarter and Louis Armstrong Park. We stayed at the end of Mardi Gras and afterwards, and we couldn't have asked for a better location! A number of second line parades marched down our street and we got to watch from the comfort of our balcony. The view from every window was beautiful. It was peaceful. Great smoothie shop, Sprouts was down the block. Charlie was very responsive when we needed to reach him for a small issue.

Wonderful stay in NOLA

We spent over two weeks in Charlie’s apartment and absolutely loved it. The location was ideal - near Armstrong Park, French Quarter, Marigny/Frenchman - yet the neighborhood was very quiet. The apartment was clean, well-stocked, spacious and comfortable. We couldn’t be happier with our stay and we’ll be back!

Why they chose this property

One of my favorite destinations for years has been New Orleans. I love the food, the music, the architecture and the friendly people. I finally got a place there several years ago with my partner, and we love to share our home with visitors.

What makes this property unique

The original home is over 100 years old and completely renovated in 2004. What makes this property so unique is the layout of the spacious interior. It is set up perfectly for a BnB. Each room has big walk in closet and private attached bathroom with shower and tub. It's in a beautiful area of historic Treme, and just a block and 1/2 to the French Quarter. We fell in love with the view from our balcony under a beautiful southern Live Oak trees. The best part of the day is having my coffee on the balcony under these beautiful trees.
