The property was clean and comfortable. Located in a beautiful area with spectacular views. Takes about 25 minutes to get to downtown SF and about 20 minutes from SFO.

The host was very responsive when we had questions about the property. He was very easy to communicate with. I was very open to questions. We appreciated the two full bathrooms one in each bedroom and additional 1/2 bath because a lot of the homes around the UCSF hospital only had one bathroom.

We enjoyed our stay. We had a little snafu in the beginning with a bedroom door the cleaners probably accidentally locked but Greg responded rapidly and a locksmith was dispatched within minutes. There were 2 queen beds for 4 adults and a toddler, so we utilized the sofa bed also. Mattresses were extremely comfortable and each bedroom had its own dedicated bath with a full shower. The living room seating is a little tight for 4 adults and the place does seem to have room for 1 more chair.We were visiting family in West Portal and the location is very convenient. It’s about 1/2 mile from the West Portal station and only 2 blocks from the stop on the L line which makes getting into the city a breeze.
