Just 20 minutes from Zion, this cozy home sits in a quiet cul-de-sac with beautiful views and RV parking. Enjoy a private hot tub, fire pit, BBQ, putting green, and fun outdoor games. Inside, there’s ping pong, foosball, air hockey, checkers, and a basketball arcade game. Close to golf courses and Sand Hollow Reservoir for boating, fishing, and sand dunes. The perfect mix of adventure and relaxation!
The space
This is an exceptionally clean property designed with your comfort and convenience in mind. Enjoy the remarkable views with your cup 'o joe (made in the coffee maker provided with FREE coffee). You will enjoy the family friendly neighborhood just 20 minutes from ZION's National Park. Our goal is to provide a space that feels like a home away from home. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. You can use the washer/dryer for free. Relax after a long day of hiking in our jetted tub. We hope you enjoy your stay with us and please leave us a positive review!

The perfect spot near Zion. Close enough for an easy in/out to the park but far enough away to relax after a long day of hiking. Very clean rental & the hot tub was a nice bonus!

Kevin and the place were amazing. He was responsive and quick to help out (there was a power outage while we stayed and brought us a big light). We particularly enjoyed the hot tub and garage although the kitchen and living room had ample room as well.

The house was beautiful but the backyard was a disappointment. There was a dead bird in the pool when we removed the cover. The jets on the hot tub didn’t work, and the backyard was full of weeds, no green grass like the pictures. The propane grill didn’t work. They sent out a spa repairman but he said the blower was too big for the equipment. The blower was extremely loud and the jets only stayed on for 4 minutes. The guy they sent out to repair the grill couldn’t fix it. Hopefully they have replaced it with a new grill. We brought food to grill for 4 of the five nights we stayed. The property management team offered no compensation for the girl or hit tube. We will never do business with them again.

Can’t say enough good things about this rental. Super clean and amazing communication from the landlords. We rented on very short notice and they were more than accommodating to us. I would highly recommend this location!! Easy drive into Zion National Park!
