Pool house, hot tub, plus bar/TV on back deck and large yard. Off street parking for 10 cars. Large manicured yard. Ample off street parking for guests.

Spacious deck with outdoor bar, gas grill, TV and built in 3-4 person hot tub. Inground heated, salt water pool and outdoor shower. Pool house has super comfy sofa bed, TV, mini fridge and additional sink with vanity, hot/cold water.
Interior of home completely renovated, 5 bedrooms, 4 baths, open floor plan with high end, comfortable furniture. 4 bedrooms, 2 baths on upper level, 1 full bath on main level, bunk beds and queen bed with full bath on lower finished level.
Lower level game room equipped with pool table, ping pong, darts, games, large screen TV and twin bunk beds.

Your host
Born and raised outside of Hartford, CT, college in NH and settled in Newport, RI in 1991. My wife and I and our four children have made Aquidneck Island and the Newport/Middletown area our home for three decades. We have made so much of our time here on the island and hope to provide that opportunity for anyone who wishes to stay in our home. We are located in the perfect spot only minutes from town. We hope to see you soon!

Cool Breeze is located just minutes from beaches and a short 7 minute drive to downtown Newport. We are close to so many amenities, including, gas, groceries, gyms and recreation. We are just far enough off the beaten path, in an upscale, comfortable neighborhood. The area is perfect for walking the dog and a quick 15 minute stroll to the beach!
What makes this property unique
We built this home in 2000, ,adding all of those special touches along the way. The house is beautifully decorated in a coastal, farmhouse sheik style. Every room is unique and cozy, including soft lighting, hardwood floors and a gas fireplace. The outside is equally amazing, if not better! Multiple areas to relax, swim, play and eat. This is the perfect beach vacation home!
