This home away from home provided a clean and comfortable space to rest and recharge, as we explored the area. Tranquil outdoor space, easy parking, yummy snacks, cozy bedding, and fine toiletries all contributed to a wonderful fall short-stay. We hope to return!M & MWestbrook, CT. USA
This apartment is on the lower level of a house, and the house is 10-15 minutes from every place we wanted to be. The bathroom and kitchen are newly renovated, and the very spiffy toaster oven heated up pizza quickly. There is an induction cook top for the more adventurous. I slept very well, but you will contend with about 10 pillows before you can get into bed. (My husband is not a decorative pillow guy). No issues with plumbing, electricity, or heat. Because it was my birthday on Friday, and we were stuck in so much traffic that we had to cancel our dinner reservations, I was really touched to see two small happy birthday cupcakes waiting.
A lovely newly renovated walk in apartment. Tastefully country vintage decorated and very cleanJeanine, the owner was a pleasure to deal with Located in the heart of the North Fork, with short rides to all the wineries

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! We're delighted you enjoyed the apartment, its cozy country vintage charm, and our central North Fork location. One of our goals is to create a peaceful, spotless retreat where guests can relax while being just a short drive from wineries, beaches, farm stands, Greenport, and all the special places that make the North Fork so memorable.
It was truly a pleasure hosting you, and we would be honored to welcome you back whenever your travels bring you to the North Fork again. Safe travels until then!

Thank you for staying with us and for taking the time to leave a review. We're truly sorry that your visit coincided with the severe storm that brought exceptionally high winds, torrential rain, and widespread power outages across the East End. We understand how frustrating it was to be without electricity and normal utilities that morning.
We take great pride in providing a clean, comfortable, five-star experience for our guests, and we're committed to making every stay as enjoyable as possible. We hope future guests will understand that this review reflects an extraordinary weather event rather than the experience we strive to provide every day.

Why they chose this property
Our neighborhood is truly like no other place on Long Island, it's as though you drove far, far off of LI back in time when you could actually appreciate farmland, seeing farm animals as you drive about. You can actually open your car windows & smell the fresh saltwater air blowing in the wind, our beaches are practically around every corner. You can appreciated nature and a small town vibe, while also enjoying the multitude of vinyards, breweries, restaurants, ice cream shops & Bagle Spots. What makes this property unique
Our property is peaceful, the pond is adjacent to a 26 acre persevere. Backyard offers complete privacy. Summer time you will find a Hammock down by the pond. Read a book, listen to the birds, bullfrogs, peepers, if you are really quiet and still you may see a few deer cut thru the yard (FYI, The North Fork does have ticks, just don't go barefoot and check your ankles, we haven't any ANY issues in years, but the wildlife do pass by)
