Central Tucson One Bedroom Casita

This pet-friendly cozy house (380 SF) feels much bigger than it is. High ceilings, separate bedroom, no adjoining walls or units and everything sparkling new and clean. The kitchen has lots of storage and countertop space, induction stove top, full sized fridge, and all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Lots of storage space as well!

Just past the barn door takes you into the spacious bedroom with light blocking blinds and a new heat pump/mini split A/C for a comfy sleep. There is even a work space/desk with fast internet if you have to do some work. There is also an in unit stackable washing machine/drier and full sized bathroom. Granite countertops and custom tiled shower give this bathroom a classy touch.

Your choice if you want to sit on the porch with your morning beverage or enjoy the brick patio peace and quiet. Another option is to lounge in the hammock and enjoy the tranquility of a Tucson morning. Your private parking spot is just next to the house, off the street, and their is an EV charger for your use if you need.

The house and patio are for you to enjoy and your private spaces. The neighborhood is quiet, convenient and self-checking allows you and your furry friends an easy check in.
