We were in town for a wedding. Pleased with our stay and convenience. The two basement bedrooms with 2nd gathering place would be ideal for separation of kids and adults. Main floor 2nd bedroom had its own bath, but did have the double bunk bed, some may prefer a queen bed in that room instead. Overall would definitely use this vrbo again.

Hunter was great! He was very receptive host when we needed anything or had any questions about his place. His house was roomy with lots of space, was in a great location, and was a warm gathering place for our group!

Home was clean. Host was very helpful. The kitchen had alot of small appliances but no toaster and needed drinking glasses. It had a variety of x-large plastic cups. No top sheets for any of the beds. King bed & bunk beds were comfy but poor mattress in basement beds. Our family reunion was great but no BBQ out on the deck & no large garbage bin for our trash. It was nice having the laundry.

Great spot to stay when in the Des Moines area, very clean and spacious. It was a great to host some family members for our quick trip to Iowa during Christmas. Kitchen had enough utensils and pots and pans to handle our family. Bonus with a washer and dryer in the house if you are there for a longer stay. Plenty of bathrooms and showers with a master bath, main floor, and one in the basement. Hunter was quick to respond if you had questions and reached out prior to us arriving to let us know if there was anything we needed to know prior to our arrival. One thing that would be handy is to have an info sheet when guests arrive for Wi-Fi and final out instructions.
