Great place to stay! Clean, convenient, and very easy check-in/check-out. The host was wonderful, communication was great, and the personal touches were much appreciated. We met her and her dogs, and they were super sweet. We heard some footsteps from upstairs occasionally, but it didn't affect our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here as a family, two adults, one teenager and one pre-teen, this place was perfect for each of us to have our own rooms to unwind. The place was clean, the kitchen and bathroom were updated, we had the option to park in the garage ( which was a perk.) We will definitely stay here again if he go to the Denver Co area.

This place was perfect for our family of 5 and pup. The use of the garage was a nice perk and our dog loved being able to run around and explore freely in the fenced back yard. The space was super clean, with fun and thoughtful decor. The bathroom has a nice shower fixture and water pressure! We didn’t cook as we were only there one night, but the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking pots/pans/utensils. Cristina was a great host and super helpful! We would definitely stay here again.

First off, this home is BEAUTIFUL! Each room is themed with colors and decor which makes every space unique and eye catching as well as comfortable! Everything is amazingly clean and the provided items like extra towels, bedding, bathroom items, and the coffee bar were all a fantastic bonus that my family very much appreciated!Christina is a wonderful host! She's very easy to talk to, quick to reply, and happy to adjust anything needed when asked! She made the entire experience feel like an absolute hassle free breeze which I appreciated since it was my first time using Vrbo. I can't recommend this location enough and would 100% come back again and again on every Colorado trip!

Everything was amazing. The beds were comfortable, it was a great space to hang out in, it was quiet, and the location was perfect. We loved the shower, one of the best we’ve ever had. The place is beautiful. It appears to be newly renovated and it feels like you are staying in a brand new home. Although it is a basement apartment it never felt like we were in a basement. The shower had a great rainfall head that is probably the best in any place I have ever stayed. The host reached out to us several times during our stay via the app to make sure we had everything we needed. We were in town for a softball tournament and the location was perfect for our needs. There was plenty of room for our family of 5. We have stayed in many vacation rentals over the years and this was one of my favorites and by far the best value of any I have stayed in.
