A newly updated one bedroom and one bathroom with a large balcony. You’ll have views of the fireworks.

Close to everything! A five-minute walk to Mission Bay, the same for incredible Sushi and Thai or San Diego’s original fish taco. A two minute drive to 5 North and 5 South freeways that take to anywhere in San Diego County. The ocean is a 7-10 minute drive. If you like golf then you’ll love the 9-hole that’s basically across the road and I have clubs but they’re nothing special. I also have tennis rackets, inflatable stand up paddle board, floaties, lacrosse sticks, basketball, and plenty of advice on where to enjoy

It’s close to everything I need

What makes this property unique

The big balcony that really adds to the size of the apartment and I spend a lot of time on it.

Both AC and heat which isn’t common haha

I love how close it is to Mission Bay but still close to the ocean here in Pacific Beach or in La Jolla or Ocean beach. It’s a great location for surfers.

You get a parking spot but there’s usually street parking too.
