Our family had an amazing time in this awesome house celebrating a birthday and spring break!! Location is perfect for visiting Disney World. House was exactly as described we could not have been happier. The communication throughout the process was flawless. Thank you and we look forward to staying here again in the near future.

Unfortunately listed as a Tuscany Dream, but I would describe the Villa as needing a deep clean and an immediate updating of furniture. Filthy food infused rugs, a dining table covered in carvings! , dirty sofas, random holes cut into the blinds, piles of dust in some areas. Filthy oven.We had to clean the house ourselves on arrival, not a nice welcome at all.As platinum VRBO members we have booked many villas and have had some lovely experiences but this has been the worse so far. I think once it was a Tuscan Dream as the beds were comfortable, the pool clean and the showers were good. Air con was comfortable. The villa is tired and needing a good clean and update. Owners were informed but nothing was refunded or changed.

Thank you for your review even though it was disappointing to us. We did communicate immediately upon being notified, and there was nothing we could do at the time, as you said you had taken care of your concerns. We have since your stay had a deep clean done to the property and are visiting it ourselves in a few weeks to assess the furnishings. One of the things we love about our property is the charm of it. Our property is not setup to be the perfect showcase place that some expect and we do not charge the prices that the upscale places do either. Our property is home, and it is typically clean and in good condition. I am sorry that it did not meet your standards as a Platinum VRBO guest. I wish you well on your future vacations. Tim & Lisa

Escaping the NJ Cold

We really enjoyed our stay in Kissimmee at Tim's place. With 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, it accommodated our family and it was a short commute to Disney (although there is a fair amount of traffic to navigate through...but that's to be expected). We heated the pool and it was just the right temperature. Tim was very responsive to any of our questions. We would definitely stay there again.

Home from Home

What a find this villa was, had everything we needed and more , more spacious than the photos gave it credit for and such a modern feel. Loved the pool and the huge supply of towels at the door. Was a real home from home and we felt safe during Hurricane Ian when we had to stay in for two days and nice to have Tim and Lisa check on us via email whilst this was going on. Lovely to see the wildlife in the trees most mornings from the pool area. Would definitely recommend this villa we had a great time 🥰

Excellent location

Comfortable house with all amenities. It was a quiet space/ retreat to return to after a hectic day at the parks. My family thoroughly enjoyed the pool and games room and we would recommend to friends and family. Location was good and convenient for local restaurants.

A home away from home

The check in and check out process was smooth. We took a little while to get use to the back door alarms, but we are pretty sure some neighbors also took some time to learn. The house was clean and comfy. We would definitely stay again.

Check in was easy and the parks were just minutes away. There was a little hiccup but Tim was on the phone with me within minutes to resolve the issue. Everything was perfect and we had a great time with family. Will definitely stay here again in the future

Family spring break

The property was exactly what it was advertised as. The heated pool made for a very relaxing time. The basket full of beach towels came in handy. The kitchen has plenty of appliances. We used the washer and dryer several times. The location is right where you want it to be: Close enough to everything but in an area where you can still escape the dreaded traffic depending on which way you plan to travel. There were plenty of beds and bathrooms. We would recommend this rental home.
