Beautiful two bed room and two full bath located in King's Gate community. Open floor plan and newly remolded kitchen. Lake front view with screened in porch. Pool, spa, and fitness center with in short walk. Tennis courts and shuffle board also on site. Ten minutes to the beach and downtown Venice. Active community with friendly neighbors. A great escape from the cold and snow up North. Plenty of fun and sun. 3 month rental
