The studio apartment (above garage) was precisely what we wanted - able to come and go while attending a reunion at Colby-Sawyer College. Amenities great. Very comfortable!

This studio property was so clean, well stocked with everything you would need and located in a very quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Sunapee is a quaint village where there is a beach, ice cream shops a boat that you can take a tour on Sunapee lake and learn the history of this charming town. After all of your activities, you can come back to this comfortable studio apartment and get a good night’s sleep on the most comfortable bed and pillows. We would definately consider this property if we come back to the area. Jess was a really nice person and a great host of this property.
